Image quality is great! It’s an OLED, what else can I say about the image. However, the remote is not so great, the removal of the numbers and input button is an unnecessary change. On the pick up side, the Best Buy staff was extremely helpful when picking up, they even helped me load it into my car.

Great Smart TV. Picture quality is super. The remote is a little tricky specially since not instruction manual for it or the TV. Would be nice if they had an instruction manual in the box for both. The so called instruction manual on the website is useless. But the TV is great just have to mess around getting everything the way I want.

Very bright display in a dark room. Needed to reduce the OLED brightness quite a bit ( down to 45). Beautiful picture. Would be nice the different brands of TVs would standardize what they name different settings, it gets very confusing when you’re trying to set up the TV.

Picture perfect quality! We have owned quite a few tvs over the years and this one has surpassed all of them in every element.

Excellent picture quality. Excellent sound quality. Valuable options to customize television to your liking. If I didn't know better, I believe the neighbors across the street can view our television because it is so crisp and clear.

The first TV didnt work. Broke down within a week. Wouldn't turn on. Best Buy took care of it and delivered a new one. The new one has a great picture. I guess i just got a lemon. Best took care of it immediately

Picture is fantastic. LG TV has a huge amount of channels to stream. Love all the sound settings. We were able to get rid of our sound bar and box that had to be added to our old TV. Would highly recommend this TV!!!!

I've been waiting for an LG OLED tv to go on sale and this unit did not disappoint, great to watch games or for movie night

Amazing picture quality. Unless you enjoy burning your retinas, no need to go any brighter. My eyes are comfortable at less than 40% pixel luminosity.
