I was not overall pleased with this TV. The picture quality was ok, but there were on occasions where the picture was pixilated. Also, for a tv over 1800.00 should come with a voice remote. The Geek Squad set up the TV, however, I was not schooled on the features of the tv nor did it come with a user manual. Lastly, in order to exchange the tv for another tv, I will have to pay another 300.00 for set up which I was not told at the time of purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with this TV. I experience issues connecting to Wi-Fi on a daily basis. Every day, I spend anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes just trying to connect the TV to the network.
My Wi-Fi service is working perfectly and is consistently connected to my laptop and phone without any issues. However, the TV repeatedly displays an “unable to connect to network” message.
When I contacted Best Buy, I was informed that the earliest available service appointment is in 10 days. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that I am a Best Buy Total/PRO member. Unfortunately, my membership status does not seem to make any difference in receiving timely support.
I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I need an immediate solution—either an expedited service visit or a replacement with a different brand. Waiting 10 days is not acceptable.
Please advise on how this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
Hi, Dina. We appreciate you taking the time to share what’s been happening with your LG TV (OLED65C5PUA) model, and we understand how important it is to have your TV connect smoothly each day. Let’s walk through a helpful step that often resolves Wi‑Fi issues on this model.
One effective step is to refresh the TV’s network settings by going to Settings > All Settings > Network > Wi‑Fi Connection > Advanced Wi‑Fi Settings, then selecting Edit and toggling Set Automatically off and back on. This forces the TV to re-establish a clean connection with your router. You can also review additional connection tips here: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-troubleshooting-your-tvs-internet-connection--1426626051711. It was time to retire my 15 year old Samsung. Bought this during the Black Friday event for half price. Brighter than the old TV and absolutely stunning blacks. The WebOs is waaay better than the old Samsung. The contrast, the color, the refresh rate are just top notch. I looked at the B and the G series and this was the perfect blend of performance and price. I use an HD antenna in the attic and it perfectly integrates with the LG Channels app seamlessly. Even the built in speakers are decent although I use a sound bar. Fast processor. I use a wired LAN from fiber internet and this thing smokes! Highly recommend.

First OLED and I wanted one of the best. It did not disappoint. This is my third LG and the menu is not the most intuitive but I've adjusted over time. Magic remote is probably overrated given I've had it on multiple tv sets. I'm awaiting some more software updates but the rest of the tv is great and that is what matter most

Its picture quality is phenomenal, with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast that make movies and games look incredibly lifelike. The ultra-thin design adds a modern touch to any room, and the smart features are intuitive and easy to navigate. The sound quality is surprisingly good for a slim TV, and the variety of ports make it versatile for connecting devices. Overall, the LG C5 OLED offers premium performance and style, making it an excellent choice for anyone seeking top-tier home entertainment.

I recently upgraded to the LG 65” OLED, and it has completely transformed my viewing experience! The picture quality is absolutely stunning—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible clarity that makes everything look cinematic. Even regular shows feel like a premium experience.
The sound quality is surprisingly good on its own, and the sleek, minimalist design looks beautiful in my living room. The smart features are smooth and easy to navigate, and the remote makes everything feel intuitive.
Whether I’m watching movies, gaming, or just streaming shows, this TV delivers every single time. Truly one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. Highly recommend!
