Perfect size and excellent picture quality. Highly recommend!

Crisp picture like everyone mentions but there’s also a few concerns. For some reason, I can’t use my ROKU 4K Streaming Stick as the tv screen blinks off and on, almost like it is blocking it. It also frequently freezes up, and I have to turn it off and on to work again. I have plenty of speed with 300 Mbps so that’s not the issue. Can’t beat the picture though when it works.

Fantastic for gaming in bright room. Have to customize sound a bit if not using soundbar. Highly customizable through menu for different picture settings for different use cases like movie, game, or sports.

Great t.v . I upgraded from a c2 to the c5 you can definitely see the new technology within the tv.

Our previous TV was a 2011 LG, so it has been awhile since we had upgraded. I spent a lot of time in the store comparing different models, but the picture on this TV was just far ahead of anything similar. Brought it home and I absolutely love it in our new living room. Even my wife, who doesn’t care at all about TV quality loves the new TV. Just in time for hockey season

Amazing OLED TV. Its a pleasure to watch movies and shows and play games on this TV.

It was a confusing transaction. I was told if I signed up for a credit card and a yearly membership I would also receive 10% of my purchase which I never did. I would not have done the card or the membership. I would have use a card I earned points on. I will be closing my card and yearly reward soon.

Excellent picture quality. Excellent sound quality. Valuable options to customize television to your liking. If I didn't know better, I believe the neighbors across the street can view our television because it is so crisp and clear.

First off - the TV and soundbar (S90TY) are excellent. Very pleased with them both. However, the installation process was not good; thus, the middle rating. I purchased as add-ons the set up for both as well as the “configuration and demo”. The installers were friendly but rushed. They dropped both the TV and sound bar while moving then into my house (no damage that I could see except for a gouge in my stair case) and hurriedly installed the equipment. Installation was generally good but the configuration and demo was a joke. When I asked a few questions, the response was “I’m not really familiar with LG”. They quickly left and only later I realized that they had actually not turned on the soundbar! And, they did not leave any manuals. I tried calling, got shifted around twice and then on hold forever, at which time I hung up. I was able to download the manual online and got my questions answered and the soundbar sorted. So, all good in the end. Love the TV, not so pleased with the service provided.

Bought this as an anniversary gift for my parents as their TV was over 10 years old. What a great upgrade! The picture quality is top notch! I’m a fan of sound bars but the speakers on this TV are decent too.

Great TV. I was deciding between c5 and s90f Samsung. I think the blacks are amazing on the Oled compared to the Samsung. My only downside to this tv would be the outdated remote and the google system that the lg runs on, but I use Apple TV so it solves both issues. Would definitely recommend to purchase something like Roku, Google Chrome or Apple TV to have better software experience.

Great TV, good value, great brightness, true black colors. Turned off a few features in the menu, ads, etc... Is awesome.

I’ve had this TV for about a month now and it’s been awesome so far. The picture quality is super sharp, colors pop, and the sound is surprisingly rich even without extra speakers. Setup was easy, the interface runs smooth, and it looks great in the living room. Definitely worth it so far!

Beautiful picture and the sound bar makes a perfect combination. The staff in the store did an excellent job in helping to pick the right TV and sound bar combination. The Geek Squad staff not only set up the TV and sound bar quickly and professionally, but also set up our PlayStation, Xbox, Wi-Fi and internet for best options possible. All round great experience. Once again……Best Buy exceeded all expectations.
