Needed to replace our older Samsung TV and planned in buying another Samsung. We were introduced to this LG in the store and we were hooked. We absolutely love it. The sound quality, the color, and clarity is amazing.

I'm enjoying the TV. The picture is clear and the sound is loud even without a sound bar. I plan on purchasing a 77" for my living room.

Picture and sound are both excellent. Setup geeks did an excellent job and used existing mountings--explained functions very well after set up. Enjoy being able to show Apple iPhone pictures and videos seamlessly.

The LG OLED 4K UHD TV has excellent clarity and considerably more vivid colors than my previous HD TV. It pairs exceptionally well with my Sonos Arc Ultra soundbar.

TV is very clear and adapts to all other devices we purchased. It took a couple times to get everything in sink but perfect now. Very good

Coming from an older led tv to the LG C5 has been amazing. Everything from the picture to the easy set up to the multiple apps has been awesome. Picture quality 4K is the best Looking forward to watching the Masters on this set. I bought the 65 inch version and got a great price on it from Best Buy If you are looking to upgrade your tv. Please give this set a serious consideration

I was torn between the 55” and this 65”, but I’m so glad I pulled the trigger on the 65”. Gives us a cinematic experience at home and this tv is exceptional. The colors, sound, settings, and more allow us to truly enjoy our favorite movies and shows. Delivery was also good. Customer service helped me to track my delivery when they didn’t show up in the ETA window and when they did arrive they were super respectful and helpful.

Amazing sharp picture and contrast. Decent smart tv interface with good processing speed. Default audio is pretty weak but still a fine piece of equipment.

picture is great takes a litte to learn remote and cable channels over all very pleased

This LG TV is about the 4th one we've owned and probably the nicest. We love the quality picture and ease of use!

Excellent picture and easy to install. The remote is a pain as mentioned in other reviews but still worth it.

The picture is fantastic and the ability to tinker with settings, if you’re into that, is really good. I’m very happy with the TV but the remote sucks.

Excellent picture. Coordination between the LG remote control and the Spectrum cable box is difficult.

Beautiful TV. The TV itself is thin and sleek, and is perfect against my wall. The quality is 10/10 and I love it.

OLEDs are really nice TVs. Lg makes a decent olde but I dislike their WEB OS operating system....it's antiquated.

It took a little extra help to get through a glitch (probably from our own doing) during set up but once we got through it has been great.

I had the absolute worst experience ever dealing with Best Buy. Under no circumstances should people get products installed by Best Buy through their Geed Squad. My soundbar got installed in the wrong orientation. Best Buy rescheduled the work 4 separate times and cancelled every one of them. I lost other personal appointments due to their incompetence. I finally had to hire an independent to do the installment correctly. I will hand deliver the invoice to them at the Albany Best Buy knowing fare well that they will tear it up and throw it away. I will tell as many people as I know NOT to do business with Best Buy. So dissapointing.

Wow wow if you haven’t gotten one of these TVs, you really should try and get one. I know they’re expensive but they are totally different than your standard TV. You don’t need to get the C5 or better you could actually get a B or even an A, but I would definitely go with LG.
