Beautiful screen

If you buy an OLED, you're buying an LG
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG is the only manufacture of OLED panels so they are the best! I like LGs user interface better than Samsung and especially Sony

Love it so much except for one thing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this TV. I’ve always been a fan of OLED technology. It’s on my iPhone and my iPad, so I figured why not bring that same experience to a TV. I had heard great things about LG, and since I’m not the biggest fan of Samsung, I decided to give them a try. I’m happy to say I am more than content with my decision. The colors are incredible. The sound quality is amazing. Everything about this TV feels premium and well thought out. I also love how much control I have over the picture. I currently have it set to about 85 percent brightness in cinema mode, and it looks absolutely stunning. One of the biggest highlights for me is the accessibility. As someone who is visually impaired, this TV has been a breath of fresh air. I used to use Roku, and the screen reader there just didn’t sound great and the system could be frustrating at times. LG’s accessibility features feel much more refined, and the overall experience is just smoother and easier to use. Now for the one thing I cannot stand. The remote. I actually like the remote overall, but the magic pointer drives me crazy. I really wish there was a way to turn it off completely. Not temporarily, not just when pressing a button, but permanently off. If LG gave us that option, this TV would be perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this TV, especially if you care about picture quality, accessibility, and a premium experience.

My Recent TV purchase from Best Buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not overall pleased with this TV. The picture quality was ok, but there were on occasions where the picture was pixilated. Also, for a tv over 1800.00 should come with a voice remote. The Geek Squad set up the TV, however, I was not schooled on the features of the tv nor did it come with a user manual. Lastly, in order to exchange the tv for another tv, I will have to pay another 300.00 for set up which I was not told at the time of purchase.

Urgent Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues & Service Delay
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am extremely disappointed with this TV. I experience issues connecting to Wi-Fi on a daily basis. Every day, I spend anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes just trying to connect the TV to the network. My Wi-Fi service is working perfectly and is consistently connected to my laptop and phone without any issues. However, the TV repeatedly displays an “unable to connect to network” message. When I contacted Best Buy, I was informed that the earliest available service appointment is in 10 days. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that I am a Best Buy Total/PRO member. Unfortunately, my membership status does not seem to make any difference in receiving timely support. I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I need an immediate solution—either an expedited service visit or a replacement with a different brand. Waiting 10 days is not acceptable. Please advise on how this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

Posted .Hi, Dina. We appreciate you taking the time to share what’s been happening with your LG TV (OLED65C5PUA) model, and we understand how important it is to have your TV connect smoothly each day. Let’s walk through a helpful step that often resolves Wi‑Fi issues on this model.
One effective step is to refresh the TV’s network settings by going to Settings > All Settings > Network > Wi‑Fi Connection > Advanced Wi‑Fi Settings, then selecting Edit and toggling Set Automatically off and back on. This forces the TV to re-establish a clean connection with your router. You can also review additional connection tips here: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-troubleshooting-your-tvs-internet-connection--1426626051711. If the issue continues, we’d be glad to take a closer look and explore the best next steps for you. Please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com so we can assist further. ^Juvy

New TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did a lot of research before I bought this TV and narrowed it down to two LG and a Samsung. Went shopping at Best Buy. Met a very helpful associate. He reviewed the pros and cons of each of the two choices which helped me make a decision. I went with the LG cost of the color the sound and a beautiful picture. The only thing I don’t like with the LG is their remote control. I’m really not interested in the scroll button and it seems to cause more issues than it solves. Otherwise that has hung in my bedroom. I am extremely satisfied. As usual, the staff of Best Buy were extremely helpful. I highly recommend the LG OLED TV. I added a sound ball recommended by the staff at Best Buy and I am glad I did. The sound quality is amazing. There’s an adjustment we could increase the voices only if that’s what you choose to do again highly satisfied.

C5 good Picture but it has its flaws.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stunning picture, smart upgrades, but still not perfect I’ve been using the LG 65” C5 OLED for a bit now, and overall it’s an excellent TV—but it’s not flawless, especially at this price. Picture quality is the star. OLED still beats almost everything else, and the C5 delivers deep blacks, incredible contrast, and rich colors without looking oversaturated. HDR content looks fantastic, and brightness is improved over older C-series models, though it’s still not the brightest TV in a very sunny room. Great for gaming. If you game on PS5, Xbox Series X, or PC, this TV is outstanding. HDMI 2.1 on all ports, 4K at 120Hz, VRR, and extremely low input lag. It just works, no tweaking headaches. webOS is good, not great. The interface is fast and responsive, but it’s still cluttered with ads and suggestions. AI features are mostly hit-or-miss—some picture and sound adjustments help, others feel unnecessary. It’s fine once set up, but not the cleanest smart TV experience. Sound is average. The built-in speakers are acceptable for casual viewing but lack bass and depth. For a premium TV, a soundbar is almost a must if you care about audio quality. Design and build are excellent. Thin, premium-looking, and fits nicely in modern setups. The stand is sturdy, and wall mounting looks great. Bottom line: The LG C5 OLED is an outstanding TV for movies and gaming with top-tier picture quality. It loses a point for average audio, a busy smart interface, and premium pricing. If you want one of the best-looking TVs available and can add a soundbar, it’s easy to recommend. Would I buy it again? Yes—but only if found on sale

C5 no regrets
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv blew my expectations what a tv can provide regarding visual entertainment. For years I heard of what an lg oled c5 is . So I pulled the trigger. And I can’t find a reason of any regrets. This tv is spectacular!!! First night we made it a movie night And the image is amazing and sound is great also paired with a JBL 500 sound bar . I like to switch the clarity smoothness to natural which makes the movie looks live action . And the blacks tone , makes the image pop . Hope this helps kids love the whole 120hz gaming .

Best bang for the OLED buck!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was time to retire my 15 year old Samsung. Bought this during the Black Friday event for half price. Brighter than the old TV and absolutely stunning blacks. The WebOs is waaay better than the old Samsung. The contrast, the color, the refresh rate are just top notch. I looked at the B and the G series and this was the perfect blend of performance and price. I use an HD antenna in the attic and it perfectly integrates with the LG Channels app seamlessly. Even the built in speakers are decent although I use a sound bar. Fast processor. I use a wired LAN from fiber internet and this thing smokes! Highly recommend.

The BEST
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the third LG OLED I’ve purchased. WebOS is the best operating system you can get on a tv. Black levels are deep, colors are vivid and accurate, refresh rate is amazing regardless if you are gaming or watching sports, and the magic remote makes getting to your selected app a breeze. When I was purchasing this tv I thought I would try a Samsung OLED instead. Needless to say I returned that piece of junk the next day. HIGHLY recommend the LG c5 OLED to everyone. If you don’t mind spending slightly more than an entry level TV this is 100% the TV for you.

Got to pay to play
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First OLED and I wanted one of the best. It did not disappoint. This is my third LG and the menu is not the most intuitive but I've adjusted over time. Magic remote is probably overrated given I've had it on multiple tv sets. I'm awaiting some more software updates but the rest of the tv is great and that is what matter most

WOW in with the new and goodbye to an old friend.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my first 65 inch LG OLED about 12 years ago.. Absolutely have loved every minute of use. Is everything it was hyped to be excellent almost 180 degree viewing angle, , perfect black, real life color. Only issue was some burn in on the lower margin from years of watching Good Morning America. Only noticed with lighter background white or yellow. This year I couldn’t refuse the offer of the 65 inch OLED C5 with over 50% off sticker. WOW! Better and brighter with true skin tones and watching football in 4K on channel 105 DIRECTV absolutely stunning! Couldn’t be happier.

Excellent - Love It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Basically a perfect choice for my big screen gaming. It has a fantastic refresh, fantastic picture quality, all of the compatability features and settings options that you expect in a modern display. It even has game mode which I didn't know about when I bought it. Plus the price is great. The only drawback is the menu pointer is finicky and sometimes hard to use accurately. This is my second LG OLED so I'm familiar with the problem - just disappointed they haven't improved it in 3 years since our first one. But the rest of it is so good for the price that doesn't reduce my rating from 5 stars.

Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG C5 65-inch OLED TV (2025) delivers vibrant colors, perfect blacks, and a brightness boost with the Alpha 9 Gen 8 processor. Ideal for gaming with 144Hz, HDMI 2.1, G-Sync, and FreeSync. WebOS 25 is intuitive; audio needs a soundbar. Priced at $2,699, it’s a top mid-range pick
