    TV that I originally purchased was not available and no one informed me until after I inquired on the actual delivery date. They did substitute with another TV and the Geek squad provided a very good service. Still working on trying to get my 10% credit for opening a new best buy account. Very frustrating all around experience.

    I bought this TV a year ago and it was amazing until it just started turning off whenever it feels like and LG does not provide any support because my warranty expired one week ago. Go with Samsung they are a much better product.

    We purchased TV for our living Room. We are enjoying the Size of the TV screen. Really enjoy watching football games and movies. Excellent vibrant colors and also enjoy the sound bar that we purchased.

    I had read all the reviews and done months of research before deciding on this one. Nothing prepared me for the actual experience. Seeing is believing. To fully appreciate the incredible feats of this TV you need to watch a video with contrast like the 'DEEP FIELD' music video in a dark room. Your imagination will just take over. I don't think I can ever go back to a non-OLED TV. Before seeing it with my own eyes I was wondering if the price was worth it. After seeing it, no more questions for me! Would buy it again in a heartbeat. Now I have discovered what a 4K, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos movie can feel like :-) Follow carefully and slowly the unpacking instructions and seriously know that this can only be done with 2 careful adults. It is super fragile as it is ultra thin! Some reviews have mentioned burn-in. Only time and usage will prove or dispel the issue but with the geek squad protection it becomes irrelevant for the first 5 years...
