There is much to like about this Television beyond knowing that there just isn't a better television picture available. i.e. knowing that you have peace of mind with your purchase! Keep in mind that the viewing angle comparisons that are often referred to between OLED vs QLED are for real. If you are primarily watching the TV directly in front of the TV, both sets will provide a stunning picture. But sway slightly to the left or right on the QLED and there is a very noticeable difference in the picture quality. I own both.

We replaced a Samsung 55", which we loved due to the brightness. After doing some homework, we decided OLED was the best route to go. We were between this LG & the equivalent Sony model. Friends, family & salespeople said Sony was the best, but Sony sure is proud of it. So, we really studied reviews, etc on the LG, which is considerably less expensive. We now think the LG picture is just as good as the Sony. I believe you'll be very pleased with it if you get one.

This is our third Smart TV purchased through Best Buy. We decided to go with the LG OLED, based on our living room configuration - it is a very long room. The OLED provides the ability to view the picture from the sides of the room, versus seeing a washed out picture. We love watching Movies and Shows, but we do not enjoy setting up new equipment, For us, it is well worth the minimum investment for paying for this service. We have always had the Geek Squad install the TV's as well as programming the Harmony Remotes. It's professionally done and each piece works as intended.

This is our third LG OLED TV and I like this one the best because it has an actual headphone/audio out jack. The C6 and C8 LG OLED TVs did not have a headphone jack. I've tried 3 different brands of Bluetooth headphones (Bose, Sony, Beats) and they all developed audio drop outs and random disconnects. Using an actual audio cable from the TV to the headphones have made a world of difference to me. As for the as the picture quality, the CX still has the inky blacks I've come to appreciate and the upscaling to my eye has been excellent. I would recommend this TV.

Very good picture. The contrast is just ridiculous. I’m most impressed with how well it brings poor quality cable to a decent picture quality.

Wonderful viewing. The picture is better than anything we have ever seen before. It is easy and intuitive to work. And it is slightly intimidating too.

Clarity of picture is outstanding; color is best I have ever seen; an extremely thin TV with outstanding performance.

Hands down best picture quality I've ever seen and I've had a lot of tvs! Absolutely amazing for gaming and streaming 4k movies. Well worth the money.

Unbelievable picture quality. The colors are vivid that seem to jump out at you. The TV has only been in use since December 5 2020, so so no issues

Excellent picture quality. Plenty of options for audio and visual preferences. Make sure you have the proper hdmi cables for optimal picture.

TV has an excellent picture but boy did it take lots of time to find it! It's a work in progress! I found that the best picture for me was to use the Consumer Reports settings for this specific model OLED65CXPUA. You would have to search for it and may have to be a subscriber to access their TV settings area. For me ISF Expert (Dark Room) and motion set to Cinema Real but Consumer Reports has other settings to use as well that helped.

Phenomenal TV, excellent picture and better sound than I was expecting. I will likely get a sound system though, in the short term it does just fine. 4K looks great, the size (65") is perfect. Shipping was great, best buy had it here in two days and the guys who delivered it were pros. Highly recommend. You can't beat the Black Friday deal on this TV. To mount it, I bought the Sanus - Premium Series Advanced Tilt TV Wall Mount For Most 42" - 90" TVs - Extends 5.75" - Black. It was fairly easy to install, just make sure you wall will support it first.

I am blown away by how fantastic the picture is on my new OLED t.v.! The upscaling programming of the "smart" part of the t.v. makes a vast improvement in streaming video picture quality, likewise with both blu-ray and older, non-blu-ray dvds, too. Good old high definition broadcasts on my satellite is also great. The picture is marvelous, especially for sports and movies. Dark scenes in particular are really improved. The crispness and clarity of the picture is just remarkable. I am more than satisfied; I'm giddy every time I turn the t.v. on!

Love my new OLED LG! It’s better than going to the movies. The picture is sharp, the new sound bar is outstanding. It’s a 65 inch unit that hangs on our wall…cordless with all wires inside the wall. The Geek Squad team did a fantastic job assembling the unit. Purchasing a new TV today can be very confusing with all the new technology. Best Buy’s customized service specialist made the whole process easier. He explained the different types of TVs and what made each outstanding along with its add ons. Thank you Best Buy!

The picture quality and color are absolutely beautiful. OLED takes your TV viewing to a whole new level! It’s well worth the investment.

I did a massive amount of research before making this purchase. Many debates out there on OLED versus the competitive QLED. I have to say this TV is the best I’ve ever owned. The picture is stunning even on everyday content not to mention Dolby Vision movies. I stream 100% of my content and this thing just performs. I’ve had doubters in my home (including my spouse) that have said - “yeah, I can see a difference.” This paired with Sonos Arc / Sub is a match made in home theater heaven. Buy the LG CX and be done looking.

Can’t get much better for the money. Beautiful picture, works great with the PS5, great interface. Don’t skimp on a cheaper TV, just buy the best!
