Customers love the LG 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2020) for its exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and smooth gaming experience. They appreciate the easy setup, thin design, and user-friendly remote control. While some find it expensive, many believe it's worth the investment. This is my first LG brand TV. I’ve had multiple Samsung TVs in the past 10 years, but I wanted to an OLED screen. Set up was easy. I hooked up to my Yamaha receiver with 7 channel surround sound. The TV also allows me to stream using its internal speakers without the receiver. The picture is gorgeous with great color range and deep blacks. It doesn’t have as much picture adjustment as my Samsung’s, but I don’t need it. I have not had any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this TV

Very pleased with this purchase. Great Picture and has so many options. The price is a reflection of what this tv can do and a great look into what the future holds with OLED tv's. OLED's are the new hype and there expensive for a reason with what you can do with them its truly amazing and the visual experience is like nothing we have seen thus far in television. Worth the money if you have it invest in a OLED tv and Im sure you will not be let down for many years to come.

OLED is just second to none! I was originally looking to get the 65 inch for my PS5, then got talked into buying the 77 inch. While asking about the 77 inch, I noticed the store location I went to had the 65 inch, open box and in perfect condition, and had just marked it down again a couple days before I purchased it to $1200. Couldn't pass on that deal and turned out to be great decision.

I was in need of a living room television and found this LG OLED to be the best option for my budget. Overall picture quality is great whether it be with movies or video games. What surprised me the most was the audio. It’s very good. Given the size of my living room (15ftX15ft), I have found the TV’s audio sufficient without need of a sound bar.

The best tv I have ever purchased. Great pairing with the PS5. The deepest hues of black color that gives movies and extra layer of realistic detail. Ive had this tv for about 3 years now and it hasnr failed me. I love how thin the tv screen is. Highly recommend this for movie goers and gamers.

Moved on from a Samsung KS 8000. That Telly had a great picture and was great for gaming. I didn’t know this new set would impress me so much .The os for the tv is really bad though. I never thought I would miss Tizen os on the Samsung . The remote is one of the worst I have ever used for a tv. It is like a Wiimote attached to a baguette. Picture quality is Superb and that makes up for everything else. Be aware unless wall mounting there is no room for the sound bar underneath the tv,

Wow - a year again I had no idea about OLED. Yes it was a bit pricey but this television is worth every dollar! Beautiful picture especially on those with darker scenes (think The Dark Knight). The WebOS is something I wish every tv had (for those who don’t know, it is a feature that allows you to use the remote as if it were a computer mouse and the TV was the monitor). If you’re on the fence about spending a bit more on a TV like this - take the chance! You won’t regret it

I have been a long time samsung user and always buy samsung TVs. I saw a lot of reviews for the LG oled. After a fire took my home I needed to buy all new tvs and purchased samsung. Well they were out of stock in the 65 that I wanted so I decided to go with the LG. What a great decision. Sound is better, picture quality is better. The only thing that samsung has is the remote that just works way better and the apps are a little easier. At the end of the day you buy a TV for sound and picture. The LG wins

I've had a 55" LCD TV before buying this one, and after 5 years of hating the backlit panel, I decided to take the leap, ignore my fears of burn-ins and buy this TV. Boy was I not disappointed. The level of detail is amazing, the blacks are absolute, the colors and contrast is breathtaking. The moment a friend of mine saw the picture quality of this TV he starting thinking about getting one too.

Pros: Fantastic color range High brightness Exceptional picture quality A.I. scaling up User friendly interface Adequate speakers (yet not the best) The best TV in this price range (~ $2k) Cons: MAJOR ISSUE: A.I. fails around the border of objects which move too fast (like in action movies) MIJOR ISSUES: It one time gave me an error of “not enough memory” while I was using an app. (I had to turn the TV off) Speakers only sufficient for a small apartment.

This is my second LG OLED tv. I have a 55" and now a 65". Both have excellent clarity and color. I recommend the tv and would buy it again. The 55 is 3 yrs old and continues to perform flawlessly. The 65 is new to us and is outstanding so far. Only difference is that there is less clearance between the bottom of the tv and the surface on which it sits. The 65 has maybe an inch or two less. Make sure if you have a sound bar is will not interfere with the picture.

Wonderful tv. Ended up being too big for our room so we returned it for the 55". Paired with a sonos beam and sub. We also have the 2018 version of this tv which is similar but I can tell the difference between the 2: The CX is better. If you've never experienced OLED then it's just jaw dropping how good it looks. I'd also like to add that best buy was super easy with the return of the 65 inch. The customer service of best buy has been impressive which I was not expecting.
