Customers love the LG 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2020) for its exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and smooth gaming experience. They appreciate the easy setup, thin design, and user-friendly remote control. While some find it expensive, many believe it's worth the investment. Aaaaaah! This is amazing! Quality of the picture, the sound amazing! Still learning! Can use my laptop on the screen! Base heavy and screen wide so always have a helper to remove from box and setup on base or wall. Now I wish I went even bigger but 65” awesome! This LG has what we need - large picture, amazing quality and sound. Maybe down the road we will add some speakers or sound bar or other accessories. This was recommended by a relative after much research and so happy we listened.

I have been loving this tv! The best tv I have ever owned! Let me start by saying that I had to mount this tv (which I also got through best buy) because I use a soundbar and did not want the bottom screen to be blocked. I also have not had any issues using this TV in a bright room and see little reflection. Colors are amazing, gaming on this tv has been fun, and watching movies are a blast to watch on. Would Highly recommended to anyone who is thinking about getting this tv.

Great image quality. If you’re wanting an OLED stick with LG. They own the technology for OLED I believe. So regardless of the manufacturer you choose, it will have LG components. Not necessarily a deal breaker for some, but why not stick with them. I’ve owned Sony and Samsung 4K TVs and I’m very impressed with the LG. It performs superb with the new Xbox Series X. Regardless of anything you read on the reviews though, always go and actually look at the various displays.

I didnt know a tv could be so clear, so vibrant, with blacks that are pure. Even the audio from the TV is decent.

Absolutely worth the purchase, bought this TV during the Black Friday specials and I have to say its been great. you can't go wrong with this television. the black/dark colors come across pretty good and clear, will not be disappointed. The movement is good during football and basketball games. just make sure you have some distance between you and the tv, 8+ feet is better on the eyes and the movement. my other choice was the Sony but the aesthetics was better on the LG

Superb picture quality. The size is perfect for our built in cabinets. The remote takes a little getting used to, but I like it. The smart TV features are pretty well thought out, but we have Apple TV so we don’t really use them. It should be noted that the Apple TV functionality is for Movies, TV shows and Airplay only. The apps don’t work. You’ll have to use the LG apps instead. We’re using a receiver and speakers for sound, but the built in speakers aren’t bad at all.

This is by far the best TV I've ever purchased. The deepest blacks can only be experienced on an OLED TV. My only slight complaint is LG doesn't have HBO Max integrated into their LG Content store. An easy workaround is to cast from your phone or if you have a PlayStation connected, then use the HBO Max application on the PlayStation. I really enjoy using Disney + because most of their films are shot using Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. I can't recommend this TV enough.

If you’re looking for a new TV, the LG OLED TV is the way to go. This TV has an awesome picture. If you go to a store to compare the QLED vs OLED TVs, there’s no comparison. The OLED TVs are significantly brighter and more crisp. The built in speakers are fine. If you’re getting this nice of a tv though, you’ll want a sound bar. Hanging this TV can be somewhat intimidating because it’s so thin. Check out YouTube videos for suggestions, they really help.

Absolutely incredible TV. I am amazed by the black levels, the contrast, and the picture quality. It was not cheap and rarely do I splurge like this but I have no regrets. I think the interface and the remote need a little work, not the best I've ever used. TV's coming out in 2020 should have 802.11 AX/WiFi 6 & Bluetooth 5.1 as well. I have to ding the tv for not supporting the latest wireless standard. But I've gotten used to the TV and think that overall, the picture is phenomenal.

Great picture and has all the features I need in a TV. Supports Dolby Vision and Atmos, can do VRR and 4K, 120Hz gaming on Xbox Series X. Gets true black with infinite contrast ratio. No issues with audio sync from Xbox Series X with going to TV to EARC enabled Denon receiver. Cable TV through Spectrum took some tweaking to get good image due to poor compression and low resolution through Spectrum cable box. Spectrum app actually looks worse than through cable box.
