Since technology had changed over the years I figured it was time to replace my old Panasonic plasma tv even though there was nothing wrong with it. I compared tvs for months and read many reviews before deciding to get this tv. All I can say about the picture is it’s amazing! The sound is so good especially in surround mode I don’t need to use my surround sound system anymore. I waited until Black Friday and purchased it for a nice discount.

Owning 4K TV'S over the last 5 years this is buy far the best! LG CX is the Champ for picture quality and gaming.

First OLED purchase. Have been eyeing these for the past couple years but were out of my price range. Finally decided to get the 65 inch when it dipped under 2K. Once you go OLED you cant go back. The picture is amazing blacks blow any other LED TV away by a long shot. The LG OS is also awesome. My only complaint is it does miss support for HBO Max. If you have the money to drop this much on a TV you wont be disappointed

The TV itself is great! I was a Samsung owner for many years and, now that I've owned both and can compare, LG is far superior...except in one aspect, the TV remote. In an effort to differentiate themselves from the Samsung remote, LG has made their remote needlessly confusing and annoying. Here's a short list of my LG remote gripes: 1. Similarly tapered shape on both ends of the remote, so you'll find yourself confused on which side is up. 2. Super-sensitive cursor: pointer cursor is borderline throw-the-remote-against-the-wall level annoying. 3. The icon for the 'Source' function is ridiculous - I still find myself scratching my head every time I need to change the source line via my remote. I would recommend getting/using a universal remote unless you need to rely on the installed apps (Netflix, etc.). Other than the remote, this is the best TV I've owned!

We upgraded from a 52" 2009 TV to this monster. Honestly it's hard to describe how much better this TV is, but all I have to say is if you're in analysis paralysis looking at all of the TV options, just get this one. The OLED contrast can't be matched and thus far it's given us no problems at all. We did opt for the warranty in case of OLED burn-in (which only Best Buy seems to cover), but obviously in our short usage we've had no issues.

Love our TV. Easy to operate and navigate through. Love the apps. Picture and sound are wonderful.

Listen to the reviews this TV is amazing ! I recently bought a PS5 and needed to upgrade my TV. I started out with Hisense U8G but had ghosting issues so I stepped up and I’m so glad I did because the LG blows it out of the water, not even close. I’m not a huge fan of the Web OS but it’s a minor gripe, I much prefer Android TV menus and settings. I also wish I got a backlit remote. Buy this TV ASAP while it’s on sale.

Picture quality is amazing. When paired with a PS5 or ultra HD movie the colors really pop. The black levels are very intense and I've noticed what some people have said in regards to differences of the blacks either being very dark or lighter than what it should be due to the tv turning off the pixels. But truthfully it's not a big deal and hardly noticable. Overall think this tv has one of if not the best picture available.

Watching this tv feels as if i am in a movie theater. The sound and colors are great. Easy to use.
