An excellent choice

Installation has not gone smoothly for a myriad of reasons. The prime issue is fitting a new component into an existing system....I believe many of the issues could have been more easily resolved if a pre-installation review of all components in the system had been undertaken.

Whenever someone that sees the visual, they are amazed at how beautiful it looks. The colors just pop out. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I recently checked to see if it had any dead pixels to be sure I had purchased a flawless TV. Sadly, I did happen to find one dead pixel. To some, it might not bother them. To me however, it feels like I payed for a faulty TV. Even if it might be just one dead pixel, it still bothers me that I payed so much to have something like that on it. Quality is excellent, but cause of that dead pixel. my rating and quality is just a 4. Gonna have a technician over my house to see if they can help me.

AMAZING PICTURE WITH TRUE COLORS

We replaced our HDTV from 2010 and couldn't be happier. The blacks are true blacks and the detail in the picture is outstanding. The thinness of this TV is amazing. Our son's love connecting their bluetooth headphones to it and watching a movie. We have also found that we are using our Apple TV less, although the LG App Store doesn't have all the same apps.

I’ve owned many Samsung’s, but this blows them away. There are only two negative things I can see. HD channels look bad on this TV and not sure why. Also the remote is not designed well. All of this is solved since I stream TV using a roku 4K device and their remote is nice and small. Either way, this is a fantastic TV.

But from a purely "gut" reaction, this thing is fantastic. The picture is great, the interface is nice and it's overall a great upgrade. I have been a Samsung TV person for some time and didn't particularly care for LG's offerings, but this one has changed my viewpoint entirely.

If you want to see the sweat on people's faces and all the details this is the TV for you! I could honestly care less but my husband is in LOVE with his new TV he even named her Karen! LOL Clearest and smartest TV we have ever owned! You can even talk to your remote talk about being lazy......

Amazing amount of voice commands (see on screen examples in Support). Cons: No paper manual to read except for remote. Remote won't control accessories but will control some DirecTV. Cannot actually name HDMI Inputs. Picture screen is very reflective.
