This TV lives up to its promises. I love the picture quality; no glare, sharp, vibrant color! The sound quality is good although I have a Bose home theatre system that I use, but it offers us a great option. The “smart” technology is awesome and very helpful. We love our new TV and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a super and enjoyable viewing experience!

This TV replaces a similar model bought last year—the panel failed. The replacement is a newer model of the same LG OLED TV and the picture quality is equally as good as the first. I acquired the replacement TV through a buyer protection policy so my only cost was buying another buyer protection policy. Bottom line is that the quality an features are great.

A massive upgrade over my old 43” LED TV. The LG OLED has great picture quality from every angle and surprisingly good sound quality. I have the TV in our master bedroom and was thinking of getting a sound bar, but the TV is definitely good enough for me! Highly recommend this TV!

The tv has a great picture and sounds good but has a problem hooking to the wifi I would say it might hook up 5/10 times but it does good for playing playstation on fast refresh

Picture is incredible and processing speed for apps incredibly fast. Works really well with Xbox Series X and for watching sports. I had to play around with the picture settings a bit to find what I liked best but didn't take too long. I read OLED may not be as bright as QLED TVs but with the right setting that is absolutely not an issue.

Great picture and easy to set up and use. Exactly as expected.

I was somewhat skeptical when purchasing this television that I would be able to tell a difference between OLED 4k on this vs my other more basic 4k televisions. The answer turns out to be yes. While initially testing the TV we noticed audio quality is actually decent when not using any additional speakers, which was a bit of a surprise.

Awesome tv for watching movies and future proof for next gen gaming

Awesome, awesome TV! Excellent color and depth. I had this huge TV installed in the bedroom during this lovely pandemic. It certainly gives an incredible viewing experience. I paired it with a Polk audio sound bar and will now probably never go to a movie theater again. Also love the included LG channels, dont need cable, just stream everything.

Absolutely love this TV. The picture are gorgeous and the speed is outstanding. Earlier this year, I bought another major brand LED television from Best Buy to go in my bedroom. We do a lot of streaming in my house and the speed just changing the streaming channels are quite noticeable. My one complaint is that HBO Max is not an available app.

If you are looking for a new TV and are willing to spend more, this is the best there is. Unbelievable blacks and excellent picture quality. Compared the CX to the BX at BestBuy and it was an easy decision to go for the CX. Paired it with the Sonos Arc which compliments picture quality with sound quality. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

Great color. Precision is amazing. Definitely the best tv we've bought. Remote use can be a little tricky, otherwise it would get 5 stars. A little pricey, but the OLED is worth it.
