A huge difference from my 15 year old 42" Panasonic plasma. Well worth the money. The remote cursor takes some getting used to, and stock picture settings hurt my eyes, but once dialed in it's beautiful. A ton of auto/a.i. stuff to shut off or minimize was neccessary to get the picture where I wanted.

I'm so impressed with the colors and clarity with this brand, they surpassed my expectations that other brands advertise, but fell short, this is actually my second TV in LG OLED. Nothing compares if your after quality, the technology in "LG" in my opinion, is state of the art, at a reasonable price.

From the design of the tv itself to the picture on it, everything about this set is absolutely gorgeous. You won't be disappointed. If you're concerned about burn in, best buys extended warranty does cover burn in so you can watch whatever you want without worrying about it.

Tv is amazing. The picture quality and sound are perfect for our living room. Only negative is the TV did not come with instructions in the box so we had to Google how to set up. We were able to go to U-Tube and watch a video on set up. For $2000 I would have thought we would have been given instructions.

LG outdone themselves with this oled tv! This tv is a must have for gamers, but beware like all Oled tv’s you can suffer with a burn image if you play games for hours on end.

This TV is everything we expected. It is a great size for our room and the OLED picture is very sharp and bright. The sound is also very good compared to other TVs I have seen. We have not hooked up to the internet as yet, however, when we do we can see it is going to open up a whole new world of opportunities.

What can I say, this is a pretty amazing television. You can clearly tell the difference between an OLED and a non- OLED tv. The color is breath taking, even during the day when there is a lot of natural light. I agree it’s pretty expensive, but if you wish to enjoy your TV, I would highly recommend LG OLED

I owned an LG 55" OLED, but decided I wanted to get a 65" and gave the Samsung QLED (8 Series) TV a try because I heard it has a brighter screen. After playing with it for a day, I ended up returning the Samsung and purchasing the 65" LG OLED. IMO, nothing beats the LG OLED picture.

I had a 5 year old Vizio 4K, no hdr, that still had a really good picture. In the past year I've upgraded my surround receiver and speakers to a 5.1 atmos setup. I figured it was time to add the latest, and greatest, picture to my setup. I was floored by the difference and highly recommend this TV.

Picture is fantastic and good suite of built in apps, though I’m mostly leveraging a 4K Apple TV for streaming. Super thin profile which makes handling it a really precarious exercise, but once setup it looks awesome. Really vibrant colors and detail with HD and 4K content. Would highly recommend.

The Oro Valley in-store experience was great. I felt that I received good advice from the representative at Best Buy. who was very knowledgeable on the features of current TV models. The TV was installed by Adam, who came highly recommended. Adam and his accomplice were very efficient, taking care to fully set up the TV, tuning terrestrial channels, labeling inputs, ensuring the TV's alignment was central, etc. Their attention to detail was most reassuring. Most satisfied. Highly recommended. The LG TV is excellent. The UI is very intuitive, and there are many cool features. I've owned Samsung and LG LED TVs, before. Currently, I prefer LG, due to the UI and features and extras, although, I understand that both brands are continually improving. It's worth checking with the staff at Best Buy, to get the latest information and tips.

This HDTV is amazing. It's on the pricey side, but it is absolutely worth it in terms of features and, most importantly, image quality. If you can swing the up front cost, I don't think you will find many televisions on par with this one... particularly if you do any gaming.

The image is great, blackest black BUT the speakers are terrible. You need an audio system to have the full theater experience.

Purchase this Tv to go along with my PS5. Wow what a difference. The picture is absolutely stunning. My wife made a comment about a program I was watching. She asked was I watching a live program because the picture was so clear. It was actually an old movie from the 90's. Tv is absolutely stunning.

My 15 year old plasma finally died. Glad the oled is available. This is the first one I've seen that actually has a better picture. The standard LEDs were always brighter but couldn't match the plasma for clarity until the Oled came out. I got it on sale price and am very satisfied with the purchase.

I have previously only owned Samsung TVs in the past and they have all be wonderful. As I was doing research to replace and old and faithful set, I wanted to try to get the best my money could buy as of right now. That is why I went with the CX over the C1, although both appear to be great options. So far this TV has been amazing. The visuals I get with my gaming and 4k playback is significantly better than my previous TVs. I will say that cable output is a fair bit disappointing even if that may be true for most 4k large televisions. After adjusting my settings for a while, I settled on some that make it an acceptable viewing experience. However, everything else I view on this TV has been amazing. Would definitely recommend while they are still available.

TV looks great, no issue there. Best Buy delivered on time, service was great. The biggest issue I have is the documentation. There was nothing in the 6-7 little pamphlets in the box on how to install the bases nor anything that covered the various inputs and such. Nothing whatsoever. Setup was quick and easy and pretty straightforward. The remote I love also. Took me a few minutes playing with it and it felt like I’ve used it for years.

Enjoy the picture. Fairly easy to handle when out of the box. Still learning the magic remote. Easy to connect to a wall mount but did not come with screws. The thin screen helps when placed in the corner of a wall. Look forward to learning more about the picture quality and settings.

This was an upgrade from my old Samsung to go along with my PS5. Best looking TV I have ever owned. I've had to go back and fire up games I have cleared just to appreciate how good they look on this TV. Sounds great even without a sound bar, although I might invest in one down the line.

This TV is exquisite! The picture is unparalleled. I purchased it for my future PS5 but it’s output looks amazing for the PS4 Pro as well. Everything I’ve watched thus far looks incredible - even the TV speakers audio sounds very good. You will not be disappointed with this masterpiece of a set.
