Took a while to have the total order installed. Then the TV was found somewhat defective by the Geek Squad installers, had to be replaced. Besides, the soundbar ordered with the TV was not available. The installers had to return again about 2 weeks later to complete the total job, The installers were very professional, efficient and helpful. The LG OLED 65 product excellent especially in picture quality, very satisfactory in sound quality even without help from the soundbar.

Excellent TV. This is my second OLED TV, the first being a Sony XBR-55A1E purchased in 2017. That TV is still very good but this one really takes things up a notch. Awesome colors deep blacks and very wide viewing angles. Very pleased with this purchase.

Watching this tv thru cable or streaming has a clarity we’ve not experienced. We had a LG oled before this one which was great but the picture & color quality of this new one for our family room is exceptional.

This tv is amazing. I had a previous LG before that was not an OLED And I suffered from the local dimming zones. This thing is phenomenal! Like the picture ja so sharp and accurate. I love how is not super over saturated and it looks very balanced.

We love our new LG Smart TV. Fantastic picture with theater quality! Salesman recommended purchasing a Sonos Beam Sound Bar which is a fantastic addition that enhances our entertainment experience. What better way to survive winter in New England and the pandemic!

If you are into great tv watching experiences this is the way to go. OLEDs are on the top of the market for quality of picture, LG makes this in a great package and for awesome price. Super thin TV which would make mounting a breeze and excellent user interface.

I really like this TV. The picture quality is great. Moreover, I like the purchasing process with Best Buy as well as the customer service. Geek Squad took the time to answer all my questions, which is a big reason I went with Best Buy despite comparable prices.

I really loved this TV, well that was until it stopped working. I bought this TV 15 months ago and now it randomly shuts off. I tried everything I could find online to resolve but to no avail. Only going to ding a single star for this as I can't say for certain it is a defect of the TV vs a bad surge protector that resulted in this. I suggest buying the extended warranty, wish I had.

This is a great tv so far.. Has a very good picture and an easy interface to find settings.. Comes with over 330 free lg channels built in. Even though we bought a sound bar with this tv the built in speakers are very loud and have a clear sound

Since I got this I've been watching really old and current shows, animated and live action, plus PC gaming and all I can say is, you haven't seen anything until you've seen it on an OLED. Proper setup and some tweaking and everything looks amazing!

All around amazing tv. Future proof with hdmi 2.1 and eArc. I'm primarily a gamer but bought this set for my SO who wanted it for movies. I was hesitant as a gamer to purchase an oled but after using it I'm buying the 48" cx just for gaming. Everything looks amazing!

The picture is fantastic, much better than non oled TVs. As many has mentioned, the sound quality is above average for a tv but, the volume doesn’t really seem to change between level 15 and level 50. I fin that we are watching movies at level 60 or higher.

OLED Color is truly beautiful colors. The magic remote is easily operated. The size of the screen is perfect for my wall in my entertainment room. I am saying this because when the format changes anything less than 65 inch I would be losing picture screen.

I can’t believe the picture unbelievable,so crisp and clear you can see every detail.The other point that I know needs mentioning is the curb side service that Best Buy offers.I really appreciate you guys hope you have a very prosperous New Year !!! Charlie

Very pleased with my purchase of a 65" 2020 LG OLED. Picture is incredible not only with 4k broadcasts but also the upscaling of 1080P broadcasts. The sales rep at Best Buy was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions prior to the purchase.

Best TV I've ever owned. We've owned it now for a little over a year and it's fantastic still. You have to be extremely cautious setting it up due to it being so thin.

This TV is such a huge upgrade from the Vizio I came from. The contrast ratio is insane, as well as the vibrant colors. I wish the display was brighter, but I knew that coming into this TV. Make sure you have a properly lit room for this TV.

Because of Covid the movie theaters are closed. I bought this tv to give me the big screen I’ve been missing. And it has been every thing I wanted and more. The clarity is by far the best I’ve seen. Every time I watch a movie it’s like the first time I’ve seen it

Picture quality is top notch, interface looks good, simple to use. Initial setup was very easy also, no complaints!

Simply the best tv you can buy. I use is for ps5 and pc gaming. I love it. I also airplay my mac to the tv and watch podcasts. I use the HDR gaming mode for video games and expert dark mode with slightly reduced brightness levels for everything else.
