Crystal clear image, no problems in the sun. We live on the 28th floor of a Manhattan high rise. We did the setup ourselves and put it on the stand. Super simple, easy to do. The built in speakers were solid, but we went with a soundbar in the end.

WOW!!! Going from a 42" to 65", LED to OLED is indescribable. Clear and big picture, in a lighting. Speakers aren't the best, but I haven't seen or heard a flat screen that couldn't use a little help in the sound department. Soundboard is next.

Best Buy did a great job with the delivery of the new TV and pick-up of the old one. Set-up was easy and the TV sounded and looked great out of the box. This is by far the most expensive television I have ever purchased and it was worth it.

I did a lot of online research before purchasing the LG 65” CX television. I have not been disappointed. Beautiful color and love the smart features. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. Geek Squad did a good job installing it. Expensive - but worth it.

I gave the Q90T a shot before this TV and all I can say is that there is a night and day difference. This TV is far superior in every way. Also, the speakers in this TV are way better than any other TV I’ve owned. I don’t think I even need a sound bar.

Amazing picture quality, doesnt get much better than this. Sometimes the TV has issues with inputs not being recognized, and there is still not a firmware fix for this. But turn off quick start and everything should work fine.

Amazingly surprised! I bought this TV at an spectacular price since it was pre-owned. The picture quality is top notch, and I was also amazed by the sound quality considering the TV itself is super tiny.

Best TV your money can buy at the best price! I always get the insurance because is you’re spending over $2000 on a tv a few hundred bucks is definitely worth keeping your investment safe. Back to the TV, best on the market. Everything looks real

Very Thin! Very beautiful picture! The App store is lacking with no ESPN and HBO Max. Can't wait to see the tv in action with a Xbox Series X. I previously owned a 65in C8 but it was stolen.

I can't say enough about this TV. First TV I actually loved lol I never really bought into TV hype until I saw this thing. OLED really does make such a big difference. Movie nights and game nights are just absolutely stunning!

There is no question as to why this TV was rated the best TV of 2020. The picture quality is absolutely amazing. I definitely would pair this TV with a soundbar. The sound is good, but the base can cause some vibration in the back of the unit.

I had a Panasonic 55 inch plasma for over a dozen years. The plasma had an excellent picture but the new LG OLED makes the old plasma look like a B&W . Couple the LG with a state of the art streaming device to see spectacular 4k and UHD pictures.

Fantastic OLED TV. Never had any issues and love the picture on the TV. Still don't know if it's worth all the $$$ compared to something $1000 cheaper, but since it's the TV I plan to have for the next 8+ years, I'll live with it :)

The LG OLED CX 65” Television is probably the best in the market. The Best Buy customer service individuals were great, from the start, working with Chris to the installation and mounting by Sam. Better prices then even the Big Box store.

The TV I purchased has performed very well. The delivery was on-time and the two individuals who delivered and set up the TV were very courteous and knowledgeable and did a very good job and explained everything I needed to know.

I think this is common in other TVs, including other OLEDs, but I'm having trouble finding the right picture mode-settings for very-dark scenes -- and I can't believe Filmmaker Mode (about which I was really excited) should be THAT dark -- but overall the picture is fantastic. Most scenes look great, and sports pop as I'd hoped. Apps crash now and then on the WebOS platform, but not enough to be truly annoying. No regrets on the purchase, even with the fairly high price tag.

Picture is great as everyone mentions. I'm not a fan of the WebOS though. Seems somewhat limited and everytime I turn the TV on, it goes to the TV input which there is nothing hooked up to so we get a lot of noise and old time tv snow.

I had an LG 4KUHD 65 inch tv before this. I haven't even got into the advanced features of this tv but for a simple guy who likes a great picture on his television, I am very pleased. I was literally shocked when I saw how thin it was.

This is a fabulous TV; the clarity, & color, on this TV are beyond belief. Sometimes you almost expect the characters to step out of the set and be right there in your living room. I look forward to many years of entertainment from this TV.

Best TV you can buy...was very happy to find this on sale. Picture quality is phenomenal, check out the Cnet review for in depth review but do yourself a favor and upgrade to this TV
