However, our first experience with Michael (sales person at the Deptford store) and Stephen the geek squad installer were completely unresponsive when we had an issue with the sound bar and subwoofer. Adam from the Cherry Hill store resolved the issue and Ryan and Charlie did a great job with the completion of the job.
