Best buy had a open box LG G2 OLED in perfect condition. With the originsl box and the tv was covered with the original packaging. Saved a ton of money. Would recomend. The sales assoc was very informative and helpful. Thank you Best Buy.

Have had other lg tvs with magic remote and improvements are minimal. But I must stress the picture is outstanding which is main reason for purchase.

After looking at the Samsung frame tv, LG was the clear winner. The wife now thinks I made a good choice...I win!!!

When the TV was delivered the mount that came with the TV did not fit on my studs as they were too wide for the mount, which was extremely disappointing since we purchased the TV for its slim profile and flat-to-the-wall look. The Geek squad member who installed had a Sanus slim fixed mount that he used instead, so it was the next best option. The performance of the TV has been disappointing largely because the Wi-Fi connection continually drops. The TV just randomly loses connection to the Wi-Fi every time we use it. I have had the TV serviced and it still continues to drop the Wi-Fi. You really should hardwire the TV if you want to stay connected. Aside from the connectivity issues, the display is beautiful and looks amazing in our living room. I really wish we were told about the mount ahead of time and the connectivity issues that this LG model has overall.

With the game optimizer running 120Hz everything looks crisp and fluent even on high visual fast-moving games.

Good tv

I wish it was brighter and had no graininess/fuzziness when playing on Xbox. That might be something to do with my cables or Xbox or tv settings, however. Overall, it is a great tv but doesn’t feel 2,000 dollar good.

Signal strength and speed better than the Samsung I owned previously. Color contrast the best I've seen at home

The 120hz refresh rate and wider color range compared to my previous TV has made a huge difference in both watching content and playing games.

Web OS does not work

It took us hours to try and set up the TV due to OS issues. We still can not add apps without changing the connection to a mobile Hotspot in order to connect to LG servers.

Once that was plugged in it popped up the audio option needed for optical. Good thing we knew what we were doing or else we wouod returned it.

Regret My Purchase

This TV goes into a sleep mode if you pause the tv for more than a minute. It gives you 60 seconds to move the remote which is annoying. Secondly, after a minute and a half it changes screens on me and since I don't have cable the screen goes from sleep mode to changing the screen to state there's no signal. I've called LG and they state that this is what the tv is supposed to do. I REGRET MY PURCHASE!!!!!
