    The design on the outside is architectural and beautiful. The problem is the inside doesn’t work. We are on our second one and will have to go back. Same issues as the first with not loading, freezing, video shutting down, distortion, sound—worse with AppleTV but happens with the others too. It’s too bad because the design of the outside really is gallery quality.

    HDMI not working for sounds bar

    HDMI wasn’t and still not connecting to sounds bar after 2 Geek squad visit. Very disappointed, hope issue can be addressed for full sounds experience.

    Great TV all except one thing. It drops WiFi signal all the time. For that one major reason might be one of the worst TV’s I’ve owned.

    Great picture, until a vertical line has shown up on the right side of the screen. I've only had the tv for 3 months, for the price of this high end tv, this is extremely disappointing. Placed a repair request in with LG and haven't heard anything from them yet.

    No point in buying a smart TV if it isn't capable of maintaining an internet connection. Extremely frustrating for the price. TVs Ethernet/wifi function just switches to off randomly and won't let you turn it back on unless you unplug the tv and plug it back in. As someone who streams everything including live TV, this makes the device basically useless.

    Bestbuy failed in this transaction. Excellent condition open box purchase however all accessories is missing. Just too big an item to return and i’ll absorb the remote and stand costs on my end.

    Purchased an non functional TV

    I got it home. Mounted it on the wall and it would not turn on. I went thru YouTube videos' to trouble shoot the problem and it still wouldn't work. I used the Geek Squad chat and they came to the conclusion that it was defective. So I returned it. Since it was a "open box" purchase they gave me my money back.

    This TV has a sound that is very HIGH sharp, noticeable when TV is silent or with low volume, especially in gallery mode, which apparently is the main feature of this one, for which you pay much more than the C2 model. It seems to be a factory defect. BestBuy's service does nothing about it. Disappointed!

    Geek squad, is the WORST service ever. Never showed up for appointment. NO CALL, NO SHOW. We had to pick it up and install it. TV is GREAT. leak of service they S _ _ _

    Great television but the worst customer support imaginable. Overseas representatives very difficult to understand and Best Buy missed three delivery dates.
