The LG C2 appeared to be a few inches smaller even though the picture screen size was the same. The picture was crisp and sharper than my 5 year old Samsung. That’s where the pros ended. Cons: -The interface is not intuitive -Random ads will pop up at the bottom of the screen, which cannot be turned off -using my AppleTV I streamed Netflix, approximately 10 minutes into a show the bottom part of the screen start flashing white, then the screen went completely dark, and then it said no network found. When I went to look at switching to a different network, the button was grayed out, and it would not let me see any available networks. Once the programmed network was available, then I could see other WiFi networks, but that did me no good when my default Wi-Fi connection was dropped. -I switched to watching the Disney Channel through the LG interface, and the TV lost my network connection again! (I was home alone, which is rare and it happened the same time I watch the TV for the first time). This time about 10 minutes into the show. Then a circle queue indicating it was waiting for the network (I suppose) was on screen. Then the screen went blank and I got the same “network cannot be found message”. When the network came back, I want to search for a movie through LG’s search tool. My husband and I both tried to say the word “edge” (…of tomorrow) and no matter which one of us said the wird, LG did mot interrupt it correctly. “Edge” is not a complex word (even Siri translation gets it right). It’s important to note that they told me I should use my 2.5 GB Netwerk and not the 5 GB network for the LG to work correctly. My Samsung had no issues my network and if the newer LG TV can’t work Comcast xFinity with eero extenders, then I’m not wasting $2099 on this TV. The last thing that bothered me is no matter what I said, the display settings to I.e. vivid, sports mode, LG kept changing it depending on the category of show I was watching. Some people may have like that, but I didn’t. Not worth the money! I’ll stick with Samsung or Sony

First a vertical line showed up and then the tv started to turn off by itself. It has 5 years warranty on the display but when I contact lg they asked for $500 to fix it. I went and bought a new one. This time I bought a 5 years warranty from best buy. Hopefully I don't have to use it.

I have read reviews of this tv before purchasing and most of the common complaints ive seen were 1. Wifi keeps disconnecting 2. Manufacture defects of the display panel… i took the risk and guess what. Wifi kept disconnecting, i would have to u plug the power cord and plug it back in. One month later there is a permanent horizontal line across the middle of the tv… with best buys teturn policy i can no longer return it… now im stuck with waiting on a repair service from LG to mess up my tv even more once they ipen it up. I shouldve bought the samsung or the . Stay away
