Did not have a remote and wall mount (easily got online). When delivered it had marks by the on/off switch and did not work(wrapped ). Delivers took pictures of TV on wall. Why aren’t pictures taken during the open box delivery process. Then when delivers picked up the TV they put in a 65 in OLED box. Go figure. Was told during purchase that if it did not work I would be able to a new G3(had negotiated a C3 price). Of course, after this happened told you can only have C3 at that price. Disappointed 20 plus years customer. Thanks, Lying Best Buying.

Could it be that the LG is not compatible with Quantum Fiber Optic WiFi 360 internet? Any recommendations on a solution to this issue?
