    I originally made the purchase for the lg oled g3 65 inch tv three weeks ago. Bestbuy sold me the tv as is and then 3 weeks later after having the payment done they changed th3 payment again. I tried speaking to some indian lady and she refused to assist me.

    The main problem with Best Buy, which I have written to the CEO about with no reply from her, is that their systems make dealing with problems , too Stringent and cause me to look for a more consumer friendly environment.

    Lousy, lousy customer service

    We have been trying to get our television, sound bar, and Roku installed with a proper mount for two weeks. The first week the guys showed up with the wrong amount. I had been told to order that mount by a Best Buy sales person on chat. Then that appointment went into what they call “transit”. we then had to wait 48 hours to reschedule an appointment. Of course by then we were looking at a week out for the next appointment. For the next appointment, they just didn’t come.

    Poor service and shipping

    The tv stand, bout as a bundle with the tv, was a week late and I had the tv with no way of setting it up as planned for almost half the return period of the tv. The already short 15 day period was shortened to a week and no one was willing to make the situation right so I returned the tv and bout it elsewhere. The unwillingness to fix the problem created by Best But is the reason I will no longer buy anything from your store.

    I'd like to think that the LG -65 G3 OLED TV is better than the one I received. Perhaps mine is just an anomaly. The problem with mine is that it simply wont stay connected to my network. Geek Squad has been working on the problem as has LG Electronics, but for now I'm stuck with an expensive dud!

    After 3 new ones LG they could still not get it to stream Mgr didn’t want to no nothing Tired of fighting however will leave a scathing review on google when I have a free minute. I will no longer do business with BB after 20 years. Customer service sucks FYI I am a total tech member

    Took it out of box and turned it on. It did not turn on. Bust buy geek tech came out 4 days later to fix it and said to take it back to store.

    Bought advertized open box in excellent condition 2023 lg g3 oled tv. Bought best buy membersip for warranty purchase. Got tv home. Opened box to the surprise of no excessories. Thanks best buy.

    Two days into the purchase and the sound works when it wants to. I hate this tv and Best Buy for not making an exchange

    Doesn’t download apps. Error keeps occurring. My other TV’s work perfectly so it’s not a Internet issue

    The Geek Squad was amazing, they took down our old TV and were able to mount the new one as well as making sure our Sound Bar was connected. They also showed us how to access the YouTube for the NFL. They cleaned up all of the packaging. This TV is the best we have ever had. The picture is outstanding and the color is unbelivable. Thank you

    This TV was a purchase for my granddaughter. She absolutely loves her new TV. She says the colors are bright and clear. She likes the easy installation of her games on the TV. the installation was done by Best Buy and they did a quick and professional job. Thank you for everything Best Buy.

    This TV picture quality out the box is stunning! Please be aware this TV is meant for wall mounting and the stand comes at an extra cost. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking to upgrade from LED to OLED

    G3 better than the older models - buy the BB Warra

    LG OLED always have had the best picture quality but the G3 outshines them all. Geek Squad installed it perfectly and quickly - even after we had them admit our old LG was failing - so we essentially got this G3 for free - because we bought the Besy Buy warranty. Well worth it

    The g3 is a great tv in the same way the c8 and c2 that i have is are great tvs. Honestly when i saw the picyure i though its exactly the same as my c8 but the tiniest bit brighter thats it. I got the g3bafter returning the s95c listening to reviewers at the time say it was better, needless to say i was very disappointed. When compared to the s95c it just looks like hdr vs sdr, im not even exaggerating at all. Qd oled is the future and believe me its a far better technology point blank. I return the g3 and got another this time bigger s95c and am so glad i did. The g3 doea this thing where everyones face has a green tint, reviewers said it can ollnly be corrected by getting a professional calibration. Also the same goes for dark shadow scenes that crush all details under a certain ir.Also for gaming forget abot the g3 it is worse then my c8. For real.
