||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Zero stars. "Window" for delivery & setup was 12 hours 7AM-7PM. Unacceptable. Nobody came. Nobody Called. WhenI called I was offered new 12 hour window delivery appointment, not next day but in 3 weeks. Terrible service.

There is a lot to really like, but a couple of drawbacks keep it from a 5 rating. Fantastic picture. Set up was fairly intuitive, but no printed Quick Start guide made it more difficult than it needed to be. The QR codes helped speed things along with emails and passwords for app access. Biggest disappointment and drawback is the remote control, just not user friendly. LG channels app proved a bit confusing to me. ThRoku user interface is much easier for navigation. The G5 was a bit pricey, but less than some other top end brands. Did not use the included fixed mount, opting for flexible tilt arm.
