    I decided to leave Samsung QLED and try LG OLED. I really wanted to love this TV due to the hype around OLED, True Blacks, HDMI 2.1 for gaming etc... However, OLED's inability to get as bright as other 4K tv's left me very disappointed. In a dark room, this TV is great as much TV brightness isn't needed. However, in a well lit room, or even a room with a little light, this TV just seems dark on it's brightest settings. I returned for the Samsung Q90T and never again will I leave Samsung

    Bought it when it was on sale. Had to return it because dead pixels developed after less than a month of use. Decided to wait til release of G1 model.

    DON'T BUY LG GX, LG G1 or LG 2 TVs

    Terrible experience with this TV and with LG support. This is the same TV line as LG GX, LG G1 and LG G2. Paid $3,000 for TV, which stopped working on the 13th month since the purchase. After Geek Squad inspected TV (paid additional $150 for inspection service) , they concluded it was because TV panel was faulty. I have reached out to LG in February, and it took 8 months with hours of multiple calls/emails/support tickets open to get the following response: we apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot help with the issue. And LG support team refused to escalate the issue to their management, promising 3 times that the supervisors will call back but never did. In conclusion, TV looks nice but LG does not stand behind their products, especially premium ones. As it stands now, in LG 'G' stands for Garbage. If you end up shelling out thousands of dollars for the TV, make sure you buy external insurance/support as LG is useless in assisting with any product quality issues. I recommend looking at other brands.

    This tv is way too smart for me, but the picture is excellence. It took me for ever to figure how to get cable tv. The remote is horrific (it is suppose to be magic) and it takes a magician to operate the thing. I should have listen to bad reviews on the internet and bought a cheaper less smart tv.

    I purchased a 65" LG and we experienced an audio latency issue. Had Geek squad out and they blamed cable provider's set top box. Went to store and explained to manager that I had exchanged set top box and condition did not improve. Store manager offered to replace with Sony Bravia - problem solved. Very happy with the Sony. Would not recommend LG TV.

    Widespread connection issues. Don’t trust LG.

    After owning this TV for a year, we decided to cut the cable box and stream TV instead. That’s when we noticed persistent connectivity issues resulting in the TV randomly turning off. After multiple troubleshooting options and a factory reset, it persisted. Even when the TV is on screensaver mode, still turns off. At times, it turns off multiple times while trying to watch one show. This is a widespread manufacturer problem that LG has not acknowledged or resolved. For that, I will never buy an LG TV again. This item was nearly $3k only for it to fail just after a year. I’ve read that some had it replaced under warranty only for the issue to persist.

    When it works it’s a good tv. The “smart” features aren’t reliable and it cuts off when you’re streaming anything from hbo, Netflix, Disney, fubo, etc. It is infuriating to not be able to watch anything on this.

    Went out after 1 year… didn’t even use it often. It was nice while it lasted but so disappointing considering how much it cost. Back to Samsung! This was our first time buying an LG product, always had Samsung tv’s. Regret not going with a Samsung instead. Customer service for LG is worthless. Been waiting for a repair for over 2 weeks. I reached out for a status and they were requesting that I submit a repair request again as they couldn’t find my initial one.

    Bought an open box TV that said excellent condition and they gave me the TV without control even tough I asked them twice if there was everything inside and they said yes, now their solution is for me to return the whole product instead of just completing my order. People that attended me were really disrespectful

    Came with no remote or wall mount

    Bought open box with pick up and it came bubbled wrapped. Fine. It was open box - excellent so it's supposed to come with original accessories. They loaded into my vehicle and assured that its attached to the product. But drove an hour home and unpacked to find that there's no remote OR the included wall mount. Which would be important since the TV doesn't have a leg mount.
