Certified Junk.

No wonder stores closing. Now I have to lug this 65 inch piece of junk back to store. They should have to come and get it.

Frustrating Support & Faulty Features

The smart TV functionality is very poor as you cannot turn on the TV with Google Assistant and Assistant does not recognize the TV as a TV so you cannot send video to it.

No HBO, outdated software

No Comparison!

Let me start off by saying, I am blown away! Let's start with the setup. When I heard I had to wait for the install team to have my TV installed, at first I was a little annoyed and couldn't understand why. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait!!! The TV looks absolutely stunning mounted in the wall. The wall mount is thin and hides within the TV so the TV is literally hugging the wall. I wasn't able to hide the cables within the wall due to concrete behind the wall but I did manage to purchase a strip to hide the cables and it painted it so you can't really tell. I was amazed when I saw how thin the TV actually is. The picture quality on the TV is magnificent. The TV is a work of art and can't be compared to anything in the market. The Dolby Atmos speakers changed my life. I can't go back to watching "basic" tv now. Every time I have guests over, the first thing they notice is how beautiful the TV looks on the wall and then I turn it on. I've received a lot of compliments on the quality of the TV and even had people come over just so they can check out the TV. My current setup is with a soundbar system as well as a video game console. Gaming on this tv is a whole different experience. I had slower refresh rates on my previous televisions and on this one its perfect. I love everything about the tv but my favorite features are the Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. My wife also loves and appreciates the art gallery that comes with different art pieces. We sit there and try to guess which artist made the piece. The tv also comes with a magic remote which is fun to use. I love that it has a cursor option which makes using the on-screen keyboard easy to use. Over the weekend, my wife and I watched Monsters Inc. and Monsters University through Disney+. It supported both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The picture quality was crystal clear, even watched some of the movie during the daytime and the colors popped. The Dolby Atmos speakers made me feel like I was there. Specially the stadium scene in Monsters University! I recently invited over a friend of mine and convinced him to purchase one! I didn't think LG could pull it off but they've just made a believer with this one

Great tv, horrible installation

I am however very disappointed in Best Buy geek squad and the installation. I was told it was a complicated instal, and paid $350 for the tv to be mounted on old small mount, sound bar not hooked up and tv did not sit well against wall. Very unhappy with installation and had to be taken down and remounted, finding different bolts used, and hardware was taken away with them. Would recommend a outside professional installation. Don't Buy LG-OLED Unless You Use Only Netflix
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely great picture, but a disaster if you are trying to use anything other then the preinstalled Netflix or Amazon Prime apps. If you try to access and use an app using the browser [I use ATT-TV] the screen saver activates every 3 minutes or so and the browser itself stalls [buffers] every 2 or 3 minutes despite my fiber-based internet. I have neither problem with my Samsung QLED TVs, i.e., the ATT-TV app works as it should. I should not be stuck using just the apps LG feels like optimizing for their TVs!! Very disappointing, my next TV will be a Samsung due to this issue.

Poor service from LG

Intermittent power problems while still under warranty but by the time I figured out it was the new tv they reused to cover repairs. $600.00 repair on a tv that cost over $2000 ridiculous. Worked with the cable company and then paid $900 for new sound bar only to have it be the tv.
