Love the interface and picture! Very slim and love the mount that is incorporated into the TV.

Beautiful picture, but didn’t last a year. Purchased in April and started to lose input signals in mid October. I went through various trouble shooting steps without resolution. But I wasn’t worried because I purchased Geeek Squad and totaltech protection. So I called the 800 support number. after multiple calls asking for help, totaltech told me 1) they couldn’t get me geek squad visit /service until February, 2) I should just call LG directly for help. Thats 3 hours of phone time I want get back. I decided on two paths, put service request in with LG and contact my local store. Local store sales manager returned email promptly and was able to setup geek squad visit. This first team would troubleshoot but would not have parts to repair. By this time tv had failed completey. They showed up 23rd of December. They agreed with me, tv was dead. Then they told me the repair technician had to be trained in January and a repair date would be made after that. Meanwhile, LG had informed me they were trying to locate an available service technician for my area.(I live in a rural area). Finally he contacted me in December and agreed with me tv was dead (over the phone).. i gave him tv info he said he would order parts. Nice guy, he shows up January 12th and replaces motherboard and tv is finally fixed. My take, TV is great while it works. Best Buy totaltech is not worth the money. 800 number support for totaltech was a waste of time. I exspressed my displeasure with best buy on paying for totaltech package and the lack of actual work from them, i was told i could cancel totaltech and get a refund. I have nothing but praise for Garrett at the Hixson Tn Best Buy store.

I love my new TV. Very clear picture and the TV let's me know if the picture resolution needs to be updated. The setup was super easy. Just plugged it in and followed the directions. I am considering a sound bar but am confused about the DTS setting. It is not part of the LG soundbars. I am using the table stand which was very difficult to get. Disney and Amazon, Netflix really shine.

The LG 65" Class GX TV is awesome. But the best part was the service we received. I chose to have Best Buy Geek Squad delivery and installation. So glad I did. TJ and Blake called ahead and were a little early for our appointment. The job they did was wonderful. They were courteous and friendly. The installation was flawless. Can't say enough about how well this purchase worked out.

Received LG GX 65" OLED TV. Mounting was a little different than a standard wall mount. However, it was not that difficult. I used a recessed box to manage the outlet and cables. There are a couple things that I don't like. First, the bezel is fairly narrow but there is a black frame on the screen itself where the image is not displayed. It may as well have a 10 mm bezel as it looks like a thick frame when the TV is on. It takes away from the image that the TV is stealthy and flat to the wall. The other issue is that the TV always defaults to a TV signal as the default input. This can be a cable/satellite signal or HDMI but not a streaming input. Since I don't have cable, satellite, or an antenna ( I only stream content from Netflix, Prime, Apple+, and Youtube TV) when the TV starts up, it defaults to the TV input and shows static and blares the static sound. It will do this until it is change to a streaming source. This is extremely annoying for a $3000+ TV. OLED picture is pretty good but I would skip the 'Gallery Design' series and go with the standard OLED from LG or Sony.
