Looks great, blacks look dark gray

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a replacement item that I had for a warranty the process was completely easy it was actually the technician who came out to fix my surround sound who realized I had a faulty screen and checked my purchase to see if I had a warranty... I did. With that information he started the process for getting me a new TV Console and he brought the new one out the following day.
