Then one day I noticed 3 2-3 inch crack lines on the bottom of the screen. The top layer of the screen is not cracked, it is the panel on the inside. The TV was touched minimally after initial set up and it was definitely not touched for at least a week prior to the spontaneous cracks appearing. I was a week out from the 15 day return period so Best Buy refused to assist me and the warranty most likely will not cover this from other experiences I've read online. LG referred me to service techs to evaluate if it is covered under warranty. Will update with Results. Again I had this TV for 3 weeks before experiencing this issue. Best Buy will not assist and I will most likely have to pay to get this repaired as the warranty might not cover it.
