I am loving this TV, the picture quality and sound.

Love the picture quality and all of the smart features though it disconnects from the wifi frequently.

The two guys who came to the house were excellent!!. They called to let us know what time they would be here and stayed with us till we understood how the equipment worked. They recommend other equipment which optimized our products. They were very patient with two people who are not technologically savvy.

Tv was easy to set up and has a great picture. The internet tv channels was a nice addition

So far so good. The apps are pretty great. I've stopped using my shield TV because the TV's apps are that good (no need to switch inputs). The interface can be frustrating when you set the picture type for all inputs but sometimes it doesn't take and you have to choose your color/tint/sharpness settings again (for that input) I use the standard setting for picture.

Extended warranty on my 60” lg tv. Developed Lines running vertically on the screen. Called geek squad. Two days later they delivered a 65” upgraded lg tv. No problems. No hassles. GREAT service.

Set up by Best Buy really helped; mounted on the wall the screen is very sharp, easy to see, and very interactive. As someone who only uses internet based media, this was the perfect find: many different apps work with it, making it more versatile and exciting.

I have this TV in a darkened room. I end up selecting either the Sports or the Vivid display in order to have adequate color. I don't use the SMART features, but am using this basically as a monitor hooked to an Amazon cube and an Devon receiver. Jury is out on whether the extra money for this set, or a lower version of the same LG set would have been a better choice.

Good clear picture. Remote works well, although not enough for my Direct TV.

After spending months researching TV's, prices, features, I made this purchase. A great quality 4K picture with tons of LG features (some I will never use!) Price is great for those who aren't ready to bite the bullet on an OLED.
