Good picture. Jury is still out on how it works as a whole

This tv purchase was an excellent event through the help at Best Buy and the product being everything plus what I expected. This is an excellent product at an excellent price.

I was hesitant to purchase this because it wasn’t OLED. However, I have no complaints since purchasing it. The screen is amazing and the features that come along with it put it over the top. Very happy with this purchase.

Got it on sale during Black Friday. Great TV so far. When you connect to internet for the first time, a lot of apps will need to update. Understand apps are updating and your TV is not running slow.

LG has made another great product! There are so many things that you can do with this TV. Having a web browser for the kids when doing homework is very helpful. Needless to say I’m impressed!

Came from Sony 930d n I don't got no regrets. Everything about this TV is awesome especially the web browsing. Can't afford an oled then get this TV.

I didn't have much experience with LG products but thought I would give it a try. Display was nice, edges were tiny and tv was super thin. I couldn't seem to get the picture to calibrate to my desired look so I exchanged for the Sony 900f. Smart apps function and smart remote were nice.

This TV was easy to set up, easy to get on line, and easily accepted and recognized everything I plugged into it's HDMI ports. The remote was very easy to figure out and use.

I have been very happy with this television. Was a little skeptical about spending that amount on it but soo worth it the clarity is amazing and features and controls are nice

There are better deals, but this tv is great for being placed in a bedroom. Not a statement piece for a home. I wish LG made this model in 85”.

Bought for $1200. No other can match the value. Like the LG interface. Easy to understand menus and plenty adjustments. Found good balance of sound and picture.

The Television set is all that I expected, but I think that when you spend that much money the installation should be free

Seems to be just right for our needs. Up to date at least, if not the very latest (too expensive). DOes everything we wanted, plus some. Price was reasonable too.

Over the past 15 years, we’ve only ever bought the sung brand of TV. They were and have been pretty reliable. When this LG 4K TV was made available, I was really excited to try it out. I’ve heard many good things about LG TVs and their display technology in LEDs and OLEDs. This TV replaced a 55 inch 1080p TV. The size difference isn’t really noticeable, but it looks much smaller mounted on the wall with the thin bezels. Right out of the box, set-up was simple. The remote is pretty cool and has Google Assistant built-in. The Menu system and just overall navigating the TV is kind of slow though. Hopefully that can be fixed with firmware updates. The picture quality is very nice. It may still need some adjusting and I did set it to Dynamic Mode for a brighter and clearer picture. Watching Netflix 4K was amazing. Everything looked smooth and the colors popped. One thing I did end up turning off was the Local Dimming. It was too aggressive and some scenes in movies would go from bright to dark, making it hard to see what was going on. Even though it is turned off, it still looks nice. Audio from this TV is amazing. We have a surround sound system, but with this TV, the sound is still immersive. It gets fairly loud and does not distort. I was not expecting such sound from this thin TV. Overall, I am impressed with LG and this TV. This 4K TV leaves my other 49 inch 4K sung TV in the dust. When the time comes to purchase a new TV, I will look into getting another LG.
