I had the same issue as everyone else that bought this TV. The picture went black after 18 months or so. I can’t reset the settings because the screen is black and won’t even show the settings. I researched ways to fix and was appalled by the common issue that LG has chosen not to address. When I purchased the LG, another customer was in Best Buy to purchase a Samsung and warned me against this LG TV. I wish I would have listened to the customer. The Best Buy sales person assured me LG was an excellent TV and to disregard the other customers comments. I listened to the wrong person. I feel like I was lied to by both the Best Buy employee and LG for selling this piece of garbage. Please buy any other brand

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent a lot of money on this LG TV though I was very happy w my purchase at first and does offer great picture quality after some time I have discovered horizontal lines off center and screen right that are very difficult to see through any picture but very very noticeable when the picture on the screen is just right. I am very annoyed w this and regret making this purchase.

Too much to have to sit things up. not as good a picture as the Samsung 8000 I wished i had got it! The App Store is useless I'm used to Android Google Play. The sales guy said this was a better TV than the Samsung but I don't think so I should have stuck with my gut

Great tv just a lil bulky

Set-up and interface with other components was not as simple as the previous brand. I have a LG player as well but it doesn't interface well, odd you have to use the players remote to operate, LG TV remote will not control the player.. very odd to me. Second thought on this purchase.
