    Love the customer service. TV only has 3 HDMI inputs and no RCA audio output. Only optical audio output. Video is good for the price and again!! Customer service is awesome for us that don’t live on an island with a Best Buy.

    Picture is not very good and I had to manually adjust the resolution rather than it automatically doing it for me. Smart features seem lazy on behalf of LG. Spend a little more and get a Samsung.

    I received this TV as a free replacement for a Sony that stopped working in year 4.5 of a 5 year warranty. The Sony was 5" smaller and had lower quality specs since it was 5 years older but I still prefer the previous TV. Getting the picture and color to my liking took forever. Black levels looked washed out or grey. I have even had to have the panel replaced through the 1 year manufacturer's warranty at the 6 month mark. I am looking forward to this TV dying so I can spend the additional money and get the quality I want.

    I bought this tv and it was defective. Has to return it. It was hard because it was the second tv i bought that was damaged. Different brands. And it was hard to put up and down lol.

    We also bought a 60 inch Vizio TV and in comparision to that TV, the 65 has better definition but it could just be our comcast service being laggy. Playback seems to be a bit laggy.

    Very old looking. This TV is not sleek and modern and thin like all the other TVs. It has these ugly legs that it stands on that makes it look very cheap. Don't get the 65 inch unless you have a big house because it overpowers the room the stand for the TV are very expensive. Save your money and get a 55 inch Sony with a good picture.

    Very disappointed with quality of picture and the Soundbar and Subwoofer which don’t provide the power and volume as advertised

    This tv did not really produce dark black colors, they looked more dark gray, but the picture sharpness looked good.

    My new 65 inch LG Does not want to open Hulu or Netflix!! Very disappointing! Will be making a call to Best Buy to get help!

    I have tried to contact someone at BestBuy regarding my purchase of a LG tv. Love the tv but Citi changed the finance agreement and I did not realize it. It was in the fine print of my monthly statement which I did not read because I had set up my monthly payments electronically when I bought the tv. Every thing was perfect for 15 months. My monthly payments were increased and the bank kept sending my original amount. Late fees and interest resulted. I just wanted to talk with someone at BestBuy. When I went to chat, the response was from someone who would not say if they were an employee and then wanted to charge me a $1 to communicate with someone. I just wanted to talk with a real life employee of BestBuy to communicate my frustration. I l just thought no one would allow the finance company to do that. Citi told me that they could demand the full amount if they wanted. These are my opinions of what has transpired.
