Volume very low, picture not the greatest. Everything else is good

We purchased this one because LG was a reliable brand in past purchases. Now, it's two years later the pixels are going out. The warranty is only for 1 year, so we're stuck with an expensive 65" broken television with lines in the picture. We expected more for this brand and price.

I bought this open box TV online and picked up from the store. When I opened the packaging after coming home; I found out it was missing all the accessories and legs/stands. The color of the screen was distorted, there were bluish spots all over the screen when playing. DISAPPOINTED.

This was by mistake they sent LG but i ordered Samsung

Tv freezes up to much and I have to constantly reboot it by unplugging it

Was told by salesperson that tv does everything like a ROKU. It does not.

After only 1 year the WiFi will not connect. According to some websites, users state that you have to take the back off the TV and take apart the WiFi adapter. Really! To make matter worse, the ethernet port goes in and out as well.

I love my new TV!! It's a joy to come home everyday

The WIFI on this tv no longer works so I purchased apple tv. About a month after I installed Apple TV the input jacks no longer worked. LG is not really a good brand. Had an LG fridger that also died after about 2 years.

Quality on Volume isn’t great! Sometimes I need to have it on max volume. Doesn’t pick up WiFi connection even tho router is next to it

The tv is fairly dull and doesnt begin to match the look and performance of a samsung of equal size and cost. Setup was easy but still disappointed

This entry level 4K TV is one of the worst I’ve ever seen from a manufacturer with such a big name I expected so much more. The OLED model is definitely one of the best out there and LG also sells those panels to companies like Sony but as far as anything less then OLED stay as far away from this TV brand as possible one of my most disappointing purchases ever.

Was good while it lasted.. TV keeps shuting of and now won't turn at all

This TV has horizontal lines that have destroyed the picture. It is 2.5 years old so I guess that is as long as they last anymore which is really a shame. I will hold this against all LG products going forward when considering brands. I paid $900 for this TV that didn't last 3 years.

Exactly what I expected. Picture quality is amazing.

It's only been 2 years, and the TV has a horizontal line and flickering. Tech support offers 2 useless solutions. Won't buy LG TV again. Sounds is not good either and my TV is not a great distance from the sofa.

We have had this LG less then 2 years with normal usage and we now have a dark streak at the top of the screen and across the width of the screen. Not acceptable for a TV product from LG.
