    Stay away!

Was good at 1st but then only after 2-3years it started acting up. Dim then back to normal then dim again & back to normal. Now it flickers black & back on as normal & that was the past 3-4 days randomly. Now it just dim. You would think for the price it would last longer. I have a plasma tv from 2010 that still works great no issues. Best Buy geeksquad told me tvs nowadays are made for looks not longevity. Screw the consumer right!

    Garbage

I have never had so many basic problems with a television. The Wi-Fi cable installation is horrible as they bend it so it works for about a yr, then dies. I opened the entire tv, straightened the cable and it worked again for a little while. Not a very Smart TV without Wi-Fi. I had to use my Apple TV only, but now none of the HDMI ports will work. So basically I have an antenna and that barely keeps a good signal. This TV is garbage and I had high hopes. In five yrs it has failed in so many levels and caused so much frustration. Oh and the sound just quits working randomly and also there is a delay between the picture and sound. So we have to hit pause on whatever show we are watching through Apple TVI have another TV I purchased around the same time that rhymes with Sampson & it has been a dream compared to this trash tv. I also have a TV in that other brand from 2006 that works better than this STILL! I will be replacing this with the other brand I purchased. Do better LG!

was expecting more from a 4k tv but my 2013 55 inch clear motion rate samsung does a better job. watching spider man homecoming i was shocked at how this tv did not wow me. nothing crazy if your into big tvs then i guess its good. if you have a samsung stay with the brand it has variety.. LG does not.

    Terrible Tv

Bought a 65" LG tv from Best Buy and it stopped working in the middle of a show about 2 years later. I was still paying it off on the Best Buy credit card. In my opinion these tvs are absolute trash. Do not waste your money. Of course, I had no LG warranty and Geek Squad wanted $1200 to fix it. I couldn't believe it! These people should not sell an item that is essentially worthless.. I have never purchased any large item like this that turned out to be so sloppily made. I am still in shock that LG would sell a product like this. I'm disgusted and will never buy another LG item again and I will seriously reconsider buying anything from Best Buy either.

Worked for 18 months and died.

We bought this on Black Friday, about a year and a half ago. It stopped turning on last week, flash the LG logo for a half second, then black. I called Geek Squad and they ordered a new power supply. After installing it, it still wouldn't turn on. Turns out the display has a short in it and is more than 1600 to replace. (We paid 900 for the TV.) We didn't buy the extended warranty and this time it got us. LG products are garbage and, from my experience, die just after the one year warranty ends.

    TV didn't last

I won't ever buy an LG TV again. I bought one less than two years ago and the main panel went out on it. The cost to have it repaired was significantly more than I originally paid for the TV. Now I'm watching a 10 year old Samsung until I can afford to buy a new TV again. I can't believe a company can't make a product that won't last more than two years. LG showed me they can't. So I won't buy from them ever again.

26 months, that is all i got out of my $1000 tv. It wasn't used 24/7 more like a few times a week, It was nice while it lasted, but the repair for a new motherboard will run me more than buying a new tv of a different brand. If you buy this tv, also buy the extended warranty..,,of course then you have added another $200 + to the price...

I bought this TV on November 20th and beginning of January there was no more picture: panel has to be changed. Other than that the TV is fine. But view my experience with the product, I would not recommend. LG is a pain to deal with. Make sure you get a Best Buy plan if you buy this TV
