Great picture and features. Best bang for the buck.

The television itself is great but the smart TV platform that LG uses is pure garbage. Nothing is up-to-date, most of it crashes out constantly, etc. If you're buying an LG TV go ahead and factor in an Apple TV or Roku cuz you're gonna need it.

Purchased for Stepfather's retirement apartment. Both LG tvs are beautiful & operating perfectly. re FREE Geek Delivery-Customers should be reminded at purchase "FREE Delivery" by GEEK Squad means NO removal from boxes and NO setup. No Problem. I happen to be a Geek myself. ;-) Thanks.

Good size good pic heavy. Bad os 4k netflix yay.

The only reason this is not a 5-star review is the first TV that we got the sound did not work on it. Best Buy was great at bringing a new one out and taking the old one that didn't work away within one weeks time. New one has had no issues so far.

Did I but of research on this TV and saw it got just below average grading. It was open box and a good deal so I went ahead and purchased it. Couldn't be happier for the money, 4K looks great to my eyes!

Overall great product but does have issues when tv turns on picking up certain ports. Each time we go to play PS4 it will tell us nothing is plugged into port. Have to play with cord to get it to recognize. TV is hanging on wall and not being moved or touched in between uses.

The picture was horrible when it was on cable. The sound sucked, you couldn't understand anything no matter how loud you put the TV ,with out a sound bar. And every time you turned the TV off/on, it would reset all the settings for color, picture, etc. But it had allot of perks that no other tv had. Like web os. You had every setting underman you could think of and it could be doubled as a computer Expandable memory and lg had there own net work with over 500 channels. they are really cool. So I gave it 3* because for the price at 65"it was definitely a decent deal. You get what you pay for.

While the picture and sound are great I have had the same issues since the purchase. BB and LG both refused to do an exvhange even though it states if the problem is repetive they would. Ihave had repairmen out to my home numerous times to fix a connectivity issue. The tv repeatedly loses or fails to connect to supported apps like Netflix and Hulu, amongst others, and the tv cast feature (casting from tablet or other device) seldomly works. They have reolaced the motherboatd twice aling with cables and other reairs. Do not buy this product.

I purchased this after much research I felt LG had the best reviews at my price range. It come with Netflix, amazon you even stream stuff off your phone to the television. The 4K quality is phenomenal.

Bought this TV for use in our new home and can not wait to get it installed! Read many reviews and talked to our son before buying and everyone said it was well with the money !

I was looking to buy a new 55" or larger tv. I preferred a Sony and was talked into comparing it to the Lg model uj7700. The Sony 930 had a much clearer picture, color and refresh rate. But I made the discussion based on the BB sales rep. I purchased the open box model because there weren't any other available models. I later found out this model had been discontinued. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and will be returning this television for an up grade.

The product in the service for outstanding I would recommend Best Buy to anybody that needed to look for stuff the TV I bought was just extraordinary

So far this LG screen is performing brilliantly. I also had to purchase a sound bar because the screen's internal speakers needed a lot of help.

Love my new TV. Nice feature is Bluetooth connectivity, so I could run through my amplifier, eliminating the need of purchasing a sound bar.
