We’d needed and wanted a new TV for a while, but couldn’t decide on a size. When we finally did it, we went to Best Buy and were told everything we needed to know about buying the TV, having it delivered, etc. We are more than satisfied, at the moment, and due to the process alone will consider Best Buy first for our next TV...whenever that is.

Worked for me. I have a media player that glitches when playing on other TVs. With the LG glitching has gone away for the most part and so it works for me. Great TV.

I opened my TV to mount it on the wall and found it to be cracked very badly. When I tried to bring it back to the store they told me they couldn't return it. We called Best Buy's corporate number and was told there was nothing they could do. We were basically told that if we would had it delivered that it would've been no problem to return it( you think that they should mention this when buying the TV). So if your looking to buy a TV I would suggest going some place else, getting it delivered, or getting them to open the TV in the store before you walk out. Such a joke. I will never deal with Best Buy ever again.

Great TV for video streaming and gaming

This is a good TV based on the sale price for Black Friday at under $600. I bought this TV for my living room to watch movies, sports, and for playing video games every once in a while. Does this TV have the best picture, best sound, or the most features...the answer is no. What makes this TV a great value is the fact that it’s 4K and can stream from the Roku Ultra and Apple TV 4K on the highest video settings. You can also play video games on the highest settings too. I added a Sony 3.1 surround sound system with subwoofer so movies look great and sound great for under $1,000. If you judge this TV based on price...it’s a 5 star TV. If you judge it based on screen quality, features, and sound...it’s only a 4 star TV compared to higher end models. This is not my main TV but I’d recommend this model to friends or family on a budget with no hesitation.

Unlike people who will write reviews saying came broken or the legs don’t fit my stand and give it a lower rating because of that. #1 do your research and if it’s broken on delivery, you are going to exchange it for a new one. I’m going to give u a review. I bought it on Sale and don’t regret the decision. This tv is pretty light and nice and slim. The instructions to install the tv stand feet was really easy to follow and took maybe a couple minutes. Me and my wife moved the tv with ease. This tv is user friendly. When you scroll to set things up instructions are so easy my 8 yr old can do it. The tv speakers are surprisingly great. Having the volume at 12 is pretty loud. You can turn on energy saving features or have them off. You will get better picture quality with it off. I streamed a 4K movie and was blown away with the quality. I also Played my PS4 pro and the video quality of gaming in 4K is so crisp and vivid. The smart tv features have Netflix, Hulu, vudu, and a lot more. The remote is pretty basic, like most remotes. Overall this is a great TV, 5 Stars all day. I have never had a LG that I didn’t enjoy.

I purchased this TV as a Christmas gift for family. My parent's TV was a much older and barely usable 65 inch rear projection type with no modern features like integrated video services like Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube. The TV was made in 2004. They had a Roku box attached to the TV for this but it was only output 480i video and sound to 2 lousy speakers in the base cabinet of the TV. Simply put the TV was being used less and less in their house. it took up space in the living room. So as a surprise Christmas gift my wife and I decided that Santa was going to get them a new TV. My wife and I have the 43 inch model in our bedroom. We felt the TV had awesome picture, sound and overall usability with on screen software. Since we liked ours, we noticed BB was running a sale on the 65 inch model which is the size that would be perfect for my parents I ordered the TV on line for store pick up and made pick up as close to the 24th as possible. My family picked out bows for the box and my wife and I snuck it into our my parent's house when Christmas came. When they saw the new TV, my parents were speechless and shocked. Other family helped move the old TV out of the way and we brought the new TV up into the living room. Once I got the TV set up and working, (which owning this TV helps.) I played several 1080P 60FPS demo videos for my parents. My mom and dad was floored by the picture quality and how great everything looked. Then I played 4K 60FPS videos and that was mind blowing for anyone in the room. They found the sound to be very adequate for their large living room. 25' by 14' . We told them if the room didn't feel full of sound either bump up the volume or look at getting a sound bar. Pros fairly easy set up. I found the remote easy to figure out. My dad on the other hand had some trouble with the remote at first but once he understood where the important buttons are there was less questions and more watching. Awesome picture. Picture quality looks great out of the box. My parents have the 65 inch model. The image size looks perfect in their living room. Sound. Being a larger room, the sound is really nice. It was clear and crisp at a distance of I would say about 18 feet from the screen. However this can be subjective. Their old TV had surround sound with 2 rear speakers as part of the sound system built into the TV. It was actually fairly descent for the time. This TV the sound was quite noticeable. My parents said they may invest in a sound bar or something else in the future but the sound is perfect for them. Inputs. For what is considered an entry level TV, having 3 HDMI 2.2 inputs is nice. There are optical output for sound, and a set of Composite connections. There was a Ethernet port for wired connections and RF for Antenna tuning. Nice if you have the ability to have an antenna for OTA channels. Cons Lacks Bluetooth. Not a biggie but I know some like their Blue tooth connections for headphones, keyboards, and other control devices. Learning Curve? It might feel daunting at first. However things start feeling easier to control. My parents had questions for the first 24 hours and then they were like OK we got this. Overall this is a nice entry level 4K TV to assist those living in the past to join the modern times again. If older folks can learn to navigate the on screen features, then this is going to be a mark in the win column. The last I checked, according to my parents, they have not watched this much TV in years in the living room. They have been playing all kinds of movies and shows on the TV.

We have had this TV since 2018. Picture is still perfect. After the third year the wfi woul no longer connect. We have a PS5 we us instead. The plug on the back for the power source, can come out easily if you are moving it or have a cat or two. Otherwise, still functions. Graphics are also good for PS5 games. The photosare not displayingthe color the way it is on the TV.

The TV has a awesome array of features that makes navigating between apps quick and the over the air channel guide is like you have regular cable or satellite TV listings and makes it simple to see what programs are coming up. The TV replaces a older 65” 1080i TV and is significantly clearer in picture but also vibrancy in colors. The speakers are good for a TV in this price range but most people will hook up to sound bar or home theater system. The limited number of ports and HDMi is not a detourant to me as I have one cable in to receiver and all other components feeding into it. The remote control is well laid out and not overly complex. The setup of TV was quick with online instructions. The plastic stands you mount on bottom are decent however the TV itself is wobbly in the stand if you decide not to mount

I was extremely skeptical on this purchase considering the cheap black Friday price. I have head nothing but great things about LG and figured i give them a shot. I needed a new TV because i recently broke my 60" Samsung 1080 HD LED TV. I know with LG's more expensive TV's they are best in class so i can only imagine they implement some of the same tech into their more simple TV's. The TV was delivered yesterday was placed in our living room all went smooth. Right out of the box the TV looks very simple, all black plastic, no stainless or metal which i actually appreciate because this makes the TV a lot lighter than my old Samsung. First power on the TV i was not extremely impressed. I did have to go into my settings and turn on a few HD settings to bring the full effect to life. Being this is our first 4K TV which is considered entry level, i am now very impressed. This TV supports HDR10+ and HLG. Netflix HD looks AMAZING. I stream DirecTV Now Through an Amazon Fire stick 2nd gen (not a 4k stick) and it also looks much more clear and HD. YouTube in 4K is ridiculous, almost as i am looking through a window into the video i am watching. I did see several reviews about the stands being to wobbly and the HDMI's not working, I guess those very few must have been defective mine is working perfectly. We did mount this TV on the Wall so i cannot vouch for the wobbly TV stands this comes with. For $599.99 and this quality, I highly recommend while this deal still last.

This TV has a great picture and is easy to program. It already has all of the streaming services built in for use if you so desire. It is lightweight and easy to move. The remote is also very intuitive and allows for relatively easy adjustment of settings for sound and picture. We are using an HD antenna for the local stations and reception is great. It comes with a large number of stations provided by LG through their programming Dept. I would recommend this TV

I bought this because my last TV (a 37" LG from 2006) worked wonderfully and is still running perfectly. It was just time for a larger size. I expected the same quality from this purchase, but was disappointed when hdmi port 2 stopped working after just 3 days. Seems to be a common problem with these. Everything else seems to be working fine after about a month and a half. Sharp picture, easy setup, 3 hdmi inputs (if none of them quit). The far corners of the screen seem to be slightly darker than the rest but only noticable if you're looking for it. Seems like a TV this size would be built more solidly, feels a little flimsy so be careful when moving. I wish the feet were wider so it didn't feel so top heavy. Overall it's a pretty good value for the price, but room for improvement. I'd recommend it if you can get by with 2 hdmi ports. Although if you're spending hundreds on something you'd expect it all to function correctly.

This is the best tv for this price. I connected it to my Playstation, XBox One S. Very simple and easy to set up. The image is very clear. Especially with a lot of features built in. Convenient to watch movies with family. Internet connection, everything works without problems. I am very happy with my choice. Recommended
