Great Rv had no issues. Would definitely buy again

This tv was a great purchase the price. Its a good size - not too big and not too small. The picture quality is superb no matter what I am watching on the TV. I feel like everything is clear. The volume doesn't get as loud as I would like but that can be easily solved with a sound bar. Otherwise no issues at all with this TV. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a 65" TV.

Bought on sale during BB Black Friday sales for my parents. They had a 13 year old DLP Mitsubishi they’ve been watching. Delivery by Best Buy was great ... guys were friendly, professional and efficient. Setup took me about an hour. Parents were extremely happy with the color, clarity and sound. Controls were easy to understand. Very pleased with not only the TV but the overall experience from Best Buy.

This TV was very easy to set up. This smart TV is so simple and you only need 1 remote, no more several remotes to operate all your apps. We are cord cutters and get plenty of channels through all the apps that this TV has. It has 3 HDMI inserts that's more than you need. Picture is absolutely fantastic. Would definitely recommend this TV as well as the LG sound bar.

It was a total shock when we moved into our new home that is over 100 years old and our 55" tv looked tiny in the living room. Luckily, BB was having a sale and we got a great deal on the LG 65" smart tv. The picture is great, I love the Smart Tv aspect (this is a first for us), makes finding something to watch very easy. The picture is crystal clear, very nice tv.

Great picture easy to set up and use. Only complaint is the volume across channels can vary from low to very loud.

This is a great TV, the color is perfect. It surpasses my older 50 inch with theatre qualities. I also got a LG Sound Bar which makes that so. The only negative is that the feet are only 2" in from each end, so that means still another TV table!

I have a LG 55" HDTV but wanted to upgrade to 4K and the Smart features. This TV is excellent. Colors are sharp and clear. Setting and Menus are easy to follow and use. No issues with setting up WiFi and streams with no issue. Games look great through the PS4. Paired with a 4K DVD player, and am very impressed...Very happy with the purchase, awesome upgrade.

Great TV for the money. Nice size and quality for the resonable price

A great television at this price point. The sound is very good and voices are clearly heard. Picture is crisp and looks very good when watching 4K. Very easy to set up. Hulu, Netflix, and Sling all work well. Sling may pause for a few seconds, but no freeze ups. Antenna pulls in about 80 channels, but proximity to Television towers will affect the overall number. My only complaint is that app selection is smaller compared to other platforms.

This tv is great for the price. Excellent picture(very clear and sharp) Bright picture. On screen menu is clear and easy to use. The setup was easy i am not a very technical type so if its easy for me anyone can do it. My last tv was LG and i am sold on the good solid quality

This is our second LG tv. We upgraded from the 55” to the 65” (same model) due to the size of our living room and rearranging. We had our 55 for over a year with no issues and after 8 months with the 65 she’s going strong with no issues so far. Picture quality is amazing especially watching shows in HDR and 4K. Crisp whites, black blacks, colorful colors and smooth motion make for exciting binge sessions. The WiFi channels LG includes have some interesting options to watch and Alexa can turn it on or off and change the volume. You’ll use that more than you realize, trust me on that. We also added an LG 2.1 sound bar setup and it’s like a mini movie theater in our living room. Glare is kept to a minimum thanks to the matte screen but I do recommend keeping it facing away from windows as much as possible because of the huge screen. The all black frame gives it a professional look without any distracting contrasts from a gray frame and black screen like on many other brands. An easy to use menu makes the user experience stress free. Overall we are very pleased with the tv and are LG fans for life.

This is the second LG big screen I have bought in the past 4 months and love them both great picture super features and when you buy them on sale there a screaming bargain Best Buy delivered it on time and the delivery guys were just great. I don't see how you can go wrong with these LG TVs especially when they go on sale!!!

I still habe my 44" Insignia from 2011 but it was time to upgrade. I will always stick with LG/Insignia for as long as they're around. The picture quality is amazing and for the size of the TV you cant beat the price! Football sundays and movie nights on this TV beat the theater or field any day of the week!
