the backlight on this tv is horrible

But Best Buy made it right and replaced the tv. would probably still buy again. Just make sure you get the geek squad protection...just in case...

I have to use a firestick or apple tv to use the apps that I was once able to use with the tv. My TV is not even a year old, I have reset it and done other recommended troubleshooting but no luck. I have even contacted my internet company to check our router and everything works just fine with our wifi except the TV.

Screen crack on arrival

I called the delivery guys to let them know about it and they told me to go to the store to return it. My husband put the TV in my truck and the crack getting bigger. The store refused to take it due to the damage. I am very disappointed with the product and best buy team in Sierra Vista AZ.
