    Can’t seem to work it to add Channels

    Soundbar I bought with TV is not very good. Wished the salesperson had recommended the universal remote with this

    The picture on this TV is abnormally dark. No matter what adjustments are made in the settings, the picture is still dark. There is nothing vivid or clear about this TV. We purchased this product to go side by side to another LG that was purchased in April 2015. The difference in picture quality is quite noticeable. Something else to consider when purchasing this from Best Buy is that the return period is only 14 days. I don't think it is that short of a time frame with other retailers.

    No LED Backlitting appears on this TV. Screen seems a bit dark. Besides that, nice TV

    the tv pedestals are flimsy at best so you better plan on hanging this on the wall this tv is three months old and works about 50% of the time. it will turn on and just have a blank, dark blue screen. per youtube this is common with LG TV's and it needs the motherboard replaced. While it appears to be a DIY project, it shouldn't be something I have to mess with for a new tv. presently the tv sits on the floor while I can rely on my 10 year old Panasonic.

    Wasn’t impressed with anything on this tv except the price. I bought cheap and got what I paid for that’s for sure. Picture wasn’t clear and sound was average. Definitely would need a sound bar. This would be a good tv for basement if it’s not the primary tv.

    Well it worked great for 12 days until it powered itself off while I was watching a show then continued to power on and off until I unplugged it . Just contacted BestBuy to have it replaced, hopefully this one won’t do the same. This is the first smart/LG tv I have ever owned, I should have kept my Element TV. I’m very disappointed!

    Initially the tv was fine except for an issue with connecting to wifi. That was pretty annoying but got around it by using chromecast. However after a little over a year (year and 2 weeks maybe), the tv got really dim. So dark that you couldn't watch anything. I called LG support but it was already out of warranty but luckily my credit card company's extended warranty covered most of the cost. Pretty crappy, the cost to repair it cost more than the tv itself.

    We bought this TV from BestBuy.com and picked it up at the store the next day. Seemed great at first, but after a little over a month, we lost the picture and it no longer works. Still trying to get a service technician to come and see the TV for warranty service. It looks we'll be without a TV for at least several weeks! DO NOT BUY THIS TV.
