Low end 4k tv

Similar priced items from samsung are much better. LG TV app doesn't work on my pixel phone. On my other phone it only works as a remote. There is no cast functionality so you would need to buy additional chromecast device to make it truly smart tv.

Waste of money

The set was working fine. It never did have the best picture but suddenly without warning the screen stopped working. There was nothing I could do to bring the picture back and without that there was no way to troubleshoot it. Everything else seemed to be working fine. Had to buy another set and you can bet I did not buy LG.

Not the brightest tv

THE INTERNET GOES OUT!!!

Our 55” won’t work and the 65” is starting to go!!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF A SMART TV IF IT DOESN’T WORK WITH THE INTERNET????? Most TVs go out just after they are out of warranty!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!

Terrible picture quality for dark scenes

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since we bought this TV we have always been sorely disappointed with the picture quality especially for dark or dimly-lit scenes. or series with particularly dark tone such as Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban or Game of Thrones are hard to enjoy because we can only see uneven blotches of black or gray. I guess you get what you paid for. I’ll update with pictures when I get a chance.

Stay Away, Horrible picture

Once hooked up, my wife and I made the decision to return it immediately. If you like sports, then this is not the TV for you. The lighting of the TV was dark as well. We opted to spend $400 more during the weekend of Black Friday and got a way better TV. We are satisfied!

Problems

Terrible TV w/ even worse customer service from LG

Spent roughly 20 hours of my time speaking with the useless folks at LG customer support to try and fix the issue. Eventually gave up and bought a Samsung. Simply avoid this and any other LG TV. If you have an issue, their CS is horrendous.

CRAP!

Turned it on today backlight turns on no audio or video, tried using remote buttons to chage sources. Nothing. Completely bricked. Get a sony or a samsung, lg is just trash. Returning this tv tomorrow.

This is an Experience review not a product review

First TV an HDMI went out after 5 days.

My LG smart tv stopped connecting to the internet.
