The picture is VERY dark and there is no real way to correct it. I literally cannot see the picture. I am tolerating it for now but this one may go back too.

Upgraded TV

TV was broken
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I unpacked the TV and when unpacking I discovered a big crack on the screen as if it received a big hit on it, I went back to notify Bestbuy and get the exchange but Bestbuy didn't accept it and said this was my fault as I loaded it flat, but it was them who loaded it and they said it was ok and now I have trash in my garage and money directly to the trash too in just 1 hour of purchasing this new TV (nothing chip), I'm so disappointed that Bestbuy didn´t take responsibility about it and blame me about it. They can count one less customer for life, and I think they don't care about it... PLEASE buy online at least they won't blame you.
