Nice TV

While a pain to lug a 65" TV around, it was a simple process once I got to Best Buy. Got home, recalibrated, picture was awesome. I find the overall construction underwhelming as it has a flimsy feel but on sale it is worth every penny. I replaced a very old Panasonic plasma with this and am quite happy with it. For the tinkerers, this set has more than enough options for fine tuning the picture, audio and others.

This set has a great picture. Setting it up took some time. There really isn’t a manual, so you have to get a lot of the info online. I like having a reference. Since I had another LG, I was able to do most of the set-up from my past experience. Overall & for the money, this is a great smart TV for under $1000.

It's somewhat annoying. Had a few problems with set up but nothing major. So far the picture is good but I expected more for the increased price compared to other 65" tvs. The holes in the back are not centered top to bottom so mounting some of the brackets was more complicated than it needed to be. My old LG tv has equal distance top to bottom so if the mounting bracket is centered so is the tv

Same size as the previous DLP. Picture is great, sound is better than, most and does not need a sound bar. Fits well in a big 20x20 room with vaulted ceiling. Liked that it has a center pedistal style stand to fit the TV stand that we had bought 8 months earlier.

I would recommend this TV for that alone because I've had some TV's that their navigation absolutely sucks. Picture quality is very good on this unit. And it should be according to the specs. Sound is so so, but I never use the TV's speaker system anyway so that doesn't bother me.
