So, this tv is not the best that LG makes. That should be obvious and well understood. Now, I think that this tv is your best bang for the buck. I was actually surprised by the color vibrancy and how vivid it was once I got it home and set up. Watching regular tv was the first thing I watched and I don’t get 4K cable tv so it was alright. Then, I put a documentary on from Netflix and that’s when this tv came to life! The picture was fantastic and that near bezzle-less screen just blazed awesomeness. Playing my Xbox on it has been a game changing experience as well! The games look so good and play well with no issues to the looks of the game. It was well worth the money to get this model up from the entry level TVs and I do not regret it one bit. At the end of the day, here is what I think, if you can afford an OLED tv then there is nothing better. But, if your like me and do not have OLED money right now, then a tv like this will surprise the heck out of you like it did me. Well done LG on this tv!

This TV has a beautiful picture, syncs with our phones and was easy to set-up. This is the first time we have purchased a protection plan. Almost two years later we are seeing a white line suddenly. So far, Best Buy has been really helpful and will repair or replace after they diagnose the problem. The remote takes a little practice (point and click) but the TV was well worth the price. Movies, sports and nature shows are all amazing!

Easy to mount and set up. Crystal clear picture and easy to use and navigate. That’s even coming from someone who is only streaming through it. I wish LG had an ESPN app but has everything else I use to stream, Netflix, YouTube and YoutubeTV, amazon Prime, and Disney Plus. Only downside is I wish it would power on to the web interface vs and input but that’s not a deal breaker by any means.

For being a older model and being side lit instead of full array this is a wonderful TV. Picture is fantastic and coming in at a lower price makes this very easy to watch. The magic remote for lg is way better than Samsung's and I really like the smart interface on Lg than Samsung, I noticed LG tv is always updating their apps and my old Samsung apps just got older. If the LG9 is at a good price get that because it is a full array otherwise the LG8 is a steal at this price point.

Let me start by saying that I had a 55 inch original LG 3-D TV from almost 12 years ago and it is still going strong . I just ended up putting it in my bedroom and bought this new LG 65 inch nano TV for the living room. Even though I love my 3-D TV and it was the bomb 12 years ago but the nano TV is now the bomb for this price point. I’ve been using the magic remote all these years and it’s just gotten even better. And I love the picture on this TV. In a dark or lighted room I don’t have any issues with the picture. I let the TV do the adjusting for me. After all that is why we have AI and why we call them Smart TV’s. Any hoo, if you are needing an upgrade then may I suggest this Awesome TV at a great price.

I haven't had the tv long, but it's working well so far! Colors are great- blacks for the most part are pretty deep, so we're happy with it. My two biggest concerns long term are the local dimming, which can cause one section of the screen to appear to have a black bar across it. I'm not a huge fan of that. I have it set to low to reduce the effect, but I think that comes at the cost of darker blacks. The other is the webos interface. We use our Apple TV for pretty much everything, so webos sort of unnecessarily complicates things for us. I almost wish that could be completely turned off.

I love this tv!!! I wasn’t please with my Vizio and saw this and thought I would take a shot. Man I’m glad I did, this thing is crazy. It makes things look fake or so clear and smooth. Plus it sets its self up, plug my Xbox, I knows it’s an Xbox. Plug in the cable box, it knows my provider and area and takes over control of the cable. Don’t think, just buy it!

This is the third LG TV. Each getting lighter, cheaper and better. Our first 40” was stolen. 60” HD came with Magic Remote which works like an air mouse pointer. LG is the easiest to use and picture quality matches the best available. Getting this TV with Sanus mount for under $1,000 was the best deal ever for the best TV and mount ever. Very happy with the quality and ease of use.

This is a quality built TV with excellent picture, colors and features. However, I returned it because the edge back-lighting created a lot of blooming (you really don't understand this term until you see its effects on the screen). I was told that unless you go to the next price level, blooming is unavoidable and this appears to be true because all full array with direct backlighting are at least $150 more. The magic remote was good but takes getting use to.

I was torn between the LG NanoCell and the comparable Samsung, I own both brands and have had great luck with both. Both offered a great picture, but the LG just beat the Samsung in my opinion. Set up was extremely easy, mounting the stand and connecting to my network. We are cable cutters, stream via Hulu and Amazon Prime and use the ClearStream HD antenna. The picture is crisp with no adjustments out of the box. Very pleased!

Nano LED doesn’t equal OLED so don’t get that confused despite the pricing getting close. Dark scenes are still frustrating to watch because local dimming will never be as good as turning off the LED. My old plasma is still better at 1080p but they don’t make them anymore. The rest of the TV is great. LGs OS is pretty responsive and works with most apps. If you have a favorite, you might want to make sure it is available on LG. Love the remote also. I don’t know if it’s Bluetooth or RF but it doesn’t have to be line of sight to work.

Great TV. It comes with the magic remote which makes voice to search a cinch as well as pointing capabilities with the remote as a cursor. Great picture quality and audio quality. I would recommend the Geek Squad protection. I’ve had to have work done on one lower model LG TV comparable to this that could not be repaired. It came in handy to allow me to receive this upgrade.

I’ve had this for about a month. I quite like nearly everything about it. Great picture, great sound. A couple negatives though, the voice feature on the remote is about useless; it doesn’t seem to understand anything we say (but other voice remotes have understood us fine), and when it responds the voice is very very loud compared to what you were listening to. And the edge lit backlight is sometimes pretty noticeable, but it’s not really a dealbreaker. I would buy this tv again, and I do recommend it to others.

Absolutely love that the remote it comes with is universal and works with my stereo as well as my Amazon 4K Fire Stick. The cursor, stroller, & pointer capability of the remote as well is great! It also comes equipped with a lot of the apps I used to have to use on my Fire Stick which is another big win for this TV. The one negative for me with this TV is the stand it comes with. It’s not very sturdy and it causes it to move a lot when trying to move it, which is scary as it appears as though it’s going to fall off.

This TV offers lots of flexibility to the consumer through various apps. Picture quality is outstanding and volume is exceptional, no external sound bar necessary unless you really want the theatre experience. Easy setup and remote gives you tons of freedom to operate, especially with the RF versus infrared.

I just went in to look at TVs. The salesman was so helpful and answered all my questions. I bought it. Husband came and picked it up, and installed it on the wall. WOW the quality is better then I expected. The color is so vibrant. The sharp ness of the lines are great. The only con I have is the sound. Its not really loud. We did go out and buy a soundbar to go with it.

Beautiful tv with great viewing even at wide angles. Great features with the smart tv apps and it streams really well. Has really great sound with the soundbar I purchased as well. Also, I’m enjoying my ps4 gaming immensely on the 65” screen. Used my Best Buy card and got no financing for 24 months, making it an easy purchase as well.
