The recent purchase of the membership and the $50. for the geek squad, ($250.00) and no one showed up our appointment was cancelled with no explanation. What’s worse yet, this the SECOND time the appointment that was cancelled!

I bought 2 of these sets for my daughter's family and couldn't be more satisfied..Perform as well as more expensive sets with higher resolution..The amount of inputs is great too..I highly recommend this set at a $900 buy...

Our Best Buy sales guy knew what he was talking about!!! The easy navigation to streaming services is such a dream. Only wish the remote had a better design-too easy to have other apps appear at bottom of screen.

I enjoy this tv and the user interface for the smart capabilities. I got a Samsung as a different tv and much prefer the LG user interface.

I really like how this TV looks using the base. Packed with a lot of features and the smart remote makes navigating a lot quicker. No complaints. No hiccups at all. Could be too many features for some.

Went with this TV since we stream most of our shows/movies and while we still have room for when our service upgrades we didn’t break the bank buying a TV that we could never experience the full capabilities.

I have not been able to really open all what this TV can do but it has a big upside to it. I what I have been able to do on this TV I am very happy. This is my 1st LG and I like it so far. Wait for a sale tho to buy

This is my third LG tv, they are the best. This tv does everything you want it to and more. Every app that you need is already on here. I can even screen share with my cellphone. This tv is the best on the market if you haven't tried a LG, it should be your next buy.

Absolutely love this tv. Smart sound feature adjusts to the acoustics in the room. 4K is great on here, as well. Also features to adjust dark scenes and black point. Would recommend.

I’ve had this TV for 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier with it. Great contrast and colors. Price was higher than other models I started considering, but I’m glad I moved up to this LG series.

Previous 65" Insignia broke (screen would flash logo and then go dark)...would have bought more economical 65" but unable to fit stand on previous tv stand. Main reason I bought LG

I love my new LG - 65" Class - LED - Nano 8 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV With HDR. I got the TV Installed yesterday. The only thing I have to do is get a 4K DVR box for the new TV.

I got this tv home and set it up and it had a ghost box in the picture. I contacted Best Buy and the took it back, no questions asked and gave me another. The 2nd one is perfect.

I've always liked LG products, and this TV lives up to all my expectations. I was replacing an older 65" LG - this new one is so much smarter. Thanks LG for an amazing experience.

Like everything except there always seems to be a problem using the HDMI ARC to connect to the LG soundbar. I have a smaller size LG Nano and another LG soundbar and had the same issue. It started working months later possibly after an update.

A Christmas gift for her house, bright with the curtains open, no glare, great price, not the highest tech TV, salesman knew his products ! Got what I was looking for, very happy.

its was on sale on bestbuy. best tv ive ever had but its slow.. had issues when using it woth the karaoke and when you hook it up woth ps4 or other cellphone..

Tried to give this tv a fair chance. Have owned LG tvs in the past and they've worked great. This tv has a beautiful picture in a well lit room and the interface is great for apps usage. Watching anything in the dark is where the flaws stand out. Major banding, blooming during movies and tv shows was a huge distraction and nothing i've ever experienced before. I researched a ton of ways to calibrate the tv which helped some but not enough to fix the problems. Unfortunately I will be returning this tv for a different brand.

This TV wall mounted easily. Used the HDMI audio passback to the soundbar. Only complaint is that lg tvs don't support the live air functionality in Sling.
