Got a lemon

Everything looked and sounded great. Watching tv the next morning and it just went black!! Checked all connections. They were good. For some reason it basically quit working. Took it back and got a vizio. Probably will not buy a LG again.

Not so great

Not great for dark rooms

For darker rooms is really difficult to see. I was not satisfied with the quality of the screen at all. The remote is not really practical as well.

Mine was defective

Don't bother
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV was great for the first 40 days. HDMI(arc) stopped working then HDMI 1 stopped working. BB said they couldn't take it back so we called LG. 2hrs on the phone with them they finally said it's a problem with the TV. Got a call from the repair guy and he said it's prob the board and he will order one. 3 Weeks after we first had the prob guys come with part and it doesn't fix it.I wish I knew the repair guys name because my wife said they were very rude. He tells BB to give me a new TV. My wife went to BB this morning and the manager,his name is Alex, was real nice and let us give back the broken LG and pick another brand because I didn't want another LG. BB of Myrtle Beach was great as always,LG and the repair guy not so much. Thanks again to the manager Alex for helping my wife.

Vertical bar after 2 months.

I loved the tv until now but have noticed that there is a dark 1 inch wide bar going from top to bottom of the screen. It is on all channels, the picture test, menu screens, etc. It is past the Best Buy return window. I haven't called LG yet and will update when I find out if they will support their product. I paid $1000 for this tv which has now dropped to $800 so that also leaves a bad taste in my mouth! I own all LG kitchen appliances and have been pleased but not happy about the tv!

This TV came with no instructions. I went back to Best buy to get some help and the Geek at the desk simply could not answer my questions. I have had this TV for almost a month and cannot access the smart features.
