Fantastic TV!

The picture is crisp,clear,and has the most vivid colors. The Google Assistant is a really nice feature. The TV is easy to operate and we really like the remote. The picture is realistic, and it's better than going to the movies! You can see the picture well from all angles,and that is a big plus for us. The sound is excellent. I would suggest that you add in the LG Soundbar for the best experience. We only purchase LG TV's, because we feel they are the very best,and we want to have the best viewing experience we can have in our home.

TV does not work for 1 hr without issues

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe we got the lemon, but our LG 65" UM6900PUA UHO Smart TV has not worked a single day since we bought it last Christmas. It will not default to the HDMI port where device is plugged, goes black frequently and has to be turned back on. Every time without exception when we turn the TV on, it goes directly to an HDMI port that is not used. There are other issues, but these are the most significant and prevent us from watching a program without fiddling with the remote constantly. Very disappointed. We're not giving up!

Don’t buy this TV

Terrible TV in a dark room

I gave up and went with another brand.

T.v. Is good but not the service.

I had the warranty on it. It took 4 weeks to finally get another t.v. The first time I had an appointment for it to be delivered it never showed up and no call. No nothing. So back down the store I had to go again. Finally the day it was supposed to arrive it was late. I didn't think it was gonna be deliverd. It did finally. What a fiasco it was to get this t.v.

Very Disappointed.

Was so excited to get another LG. After 1 day the blooming,flashlight effect and light bleed is so unbearable. It looks so bad. Should not be with a LG product. Waiting to get home to walk thru with the Geek Squad to see if we can resolve it without having to take another tv back in less than a week. So heartbroken and disappointed.

Not a good purchase

Started losing color in parts of the display. Had the Geek Squad check it out and determined it was not feasible to repair. Had the extended warranty and Best Buy bought it out. Replace with a Samsung

Poor service

I told her if I had been untruthful and said it was that way when opened y’all would have replaced it no question but by being honest I was basically screwed.

It’s a great tv

I went in to purchase it and the cashier said the tv wasn’t in the system anymore so I couldn’t purchase a warranty. I was told I could and that I had two weeks to do so .

This screen has annoying horizontal alternating light and dark bars, especially annoying when in a dark room with the A moderate brightness screen setting.

Absolutely beautiful pic

I have loved everything about it, including, surprisingly, the tv speakers when paired with my Sony home theater surround sound. Everything on it is incredibly intuitive. Easy to learn, and actually fun to learn, and I wouldn’t say that about all new technology. Best Buy delivered it to my house as promised with no issues. And I spent a fun morning hooking up all the wires and getting all the remotes from my other tech to talk to one another. There is an issue with this tv and apparently my Directv receiver. When I turn off the tv, it comes back on in about 10 seconds. I called customer support with LG. They had me unplug and plug back in some things. Then they set up and appt for a serviceman to come check out, but implied that if I’d damaged something while putting things together, I would have to pay for the service. The service guy came two days later and immediately diagnosed the problem. It was something he was aware of but LG apparently is not. He had me unplug my directv receiver and then turn off my tv. The tv did not turn back on in 10 seconds as before. I’ve since contacted Directv, and they’re sending me a new receiver. Just to be sure, though, I am really happy with the purchase and love the picture and sound and ease of use of this tv. Just wish LG knew of common issues with their sets AND communicated it to customers.

Bad TV

My wife requested the repair service on 08/24/2020, today we have a return scheduled for 07/10/2020. I’m really disappointed with LG.
