TV only lasted 2.5 years. Screen went dark. Glad I had a Protection Plan. Replacement is a Samsung.

Horrible dark picture quality if you are watching something with to many dark scenes like in a horror movie

Horriable tv. The D.S.E was on par with tcl TVs. Do not purchase this tv.

Screen flickered other than that very easy to use.

We looked at a lot different model Tv's, Sony, Vizio, Hisense, TCL, etc... and at the 800 dollar price point , it had the best picture and with the WebOS operating system , its was much better than the other Brands, it was Thin and had a great look to it, I really like the metal and metal look to the set, very nice, Side viewing on this TV is Great, Don't hesitate on buying this LG TV you won't regret it...….

A few thoughts about my 65" LG Nano 8: 1. Very pleased with the Best Buy experience. I will be purchasing all my major electronics here in the future. Too much defective merchandise from Amazon, and Wal-Mart is too Wal-Marty. Great sales help, appreciate the help loading the car. 2. The thing I liked the best was how easy the return process was after I realized I was a complete doofus, and bought a tv too big for my corner-piece furniture. Absolutely a hassle-free return, no questions asked. 3. I probably wouldn't have bought another LG under normal circumstances since my LG 55" UHD crapped out after 6 months and needed a warranty repair. But due to the aforementioned corner-piece entertainment center, we needed a center-mounted tv stand, and this LG fit the bill. 4. Is this $799 tv worth the extra $300ish when compared to great looking 65" UHDs that sell for $500-ish? I don't know. It looks great, though, and I'm glad we upgraded from a 2017 55". I really can see the difference. 5. My complaint is this remote is TERRIBLE. Very unintuitive, no fast forward/rewind for streaming, and it wouldn't sync to the sound bar. As luck would have it, we just grabbed our old LG remote, and it works perfectly (including the sound bar!) Bottom line, beautiful tv, double-check what your entertainment center can accommodate, and three cheers for Best Buy.

This TV and the technologies involved were excellent. We are happy with this product except for right before the 5-year window of owning the backlights all started to shine through the screen. We used our Best Buy protection plan to exchange for a new TV. We hope LG can create products in the future that will last a bit longer.

This TV has exceeded my expectations. Great picture quality. Only gripe I have is the sound could be better but nothing a sound bar can’t fix. Fair priced quality TV.

Purchased for main TV in living room, not disappointed. Great picture, vivid color. Not the deepest blacks, but very good.

Fantastic picture on this tv. I was getting annoyed with the black levels on my older Panasonic. It was a typical edge lit display with no local dimming. Contrast was terrible and I started shopping for OLED displays. I quickly realized I did not want to pay the OLED price. I knew full-array backlights existed, however in the past those tvs were very thick. However, this tv is something else. Still very thin and attractive. After watching a few dark movies right away, the contrast is super impressive. I don't see any reason to get OLED unless you want a "picture-frame" thin TV. The contrast in dark scenes is mind-blowing.

TV’s picture quality is good. The remote is easy to use and I prefer it over the previous nano’s remote.

Replaced my 8 year old 60" LG plasma TV with reluctance because the great picture quality in a dark room (it die). After a few tweaks the LG Nano Cell is as good if not better. Amazing picture with great contrast ratio.

Would have been 5 stars except for the SW upgrade completely messed up watching cable TV. Do not upgrade to the 03.60.04 version of the SW. After completing the upgrade and restarting the TV, it was alternating between snow and black screens when watching cable. Internet video and DVD worked fine. Changed HDMI ports and cables, tried a different TV - all worked fine. Talked to Geek Squad and LG staff and recommendation was to return to Best Buy for a new one. Set up the new one and later last night did the upgrade - same problem of snow/black screen. LG has a technician coming out today but this has been frustrating.

This is a great TV. The software is fast and the picture quality is pretty good even by 2024 standards. Been a happy customer for 4 years.

For less than $800 dollars this tv is a no brainer!!! The absolute best picture I have ever seen!! Seriously, if you are in the market for a new television look no further. Highly recommended!!! LG has got it going on!!!

Web OS is awful! Glitchy, freezes, poor connectivity, spinning wheel of endless buffering, and intermittent shut-offs…but the picture is amazing (especially for a tv of this price point). LG needs to FIX the web OS issue!!

Great tv, we love the contrast and the true to life looking color. It does well on all the streaming channels as well . For the money, not sure if you'll find a better more reliable tv.
