Very low reflection screen was #1 since we have a large living room and lots of windows we didn’t want an an OLED due to the screen reflecting like a mirror but wanted that type of resolution. Very thin frame so it would fit in the cabinet seamlessly, no one likes to see big frames anymore. Picture quality when watching “true HD” is almost nauseating at first and takes some getting use to. Sound quality is great so we don’t even use the sound bar much except to watch movies. Overall great purchase for the price!

Great 4K TV

They forgot to give me the power cord so I went back to purchase one. The manager of Best Buy gave me one so I didn't have to purchase it. That was a great surprise!! The picture quality is great and it automatically switches to game mode when the Xbox is powered on. The screws are missing that are required to mount the TV but that's not a big deal. I'm sure I can get those from BB or a hardware store. I have an Xbox, Fire TV, and Xfinity box connected. This TV has been great so far and especially for the open box price I paid.

Sale + reviews and research led to this LG. All reviews were very positive, plus the salesperson said that he owns all 3 of the ones that I was looking at but he uses this LG as his main TV. Asked him why and he went way too technical (I'm in sales and would never have spec-vomited on a customer like that), but when I asked him to explain that in English, it made sense. Setup was easy, and the picture is fantastic. Be careful during setting up the stand not to use the wrong screws! The manual is next to worthless as to explaining it.

The HDR isn’t impressive and just falls flat. Tons of picture options to tinker with which is nice. Over all this tv is much better than the last one I had.
