Too much “halo effect”

The “halo” effect during dark scene was very distracting. I ended up returning the TV for an OLED. TV does look nice and has great sound.

The Geek Squad installation crew was very disappointing. Cables were left open and roughly tied with cable ties. This is not what I expected for $200 and a premium TV installation.

This TV doesn't have the best picture that I've seen but the IPS panel, HDMI 2.1 and eARC make up for the lack of picture quality. I bought this TV because my previous OLED got some burn in and I didn't want another OLED for downstairs because that TV is used way too much. After messing with the different picture presets and tweaking each setting I found that all of the Expert settings worked pretty well. After some tweaking of my own I ended up using the Technicolor setting as I found it was the most pleasing to my eyes. Overall I would recommend this TV but just be aware that it isn't going to be the same quality as an OLED.

It was all messed up when I turned it on but Best Buy exchanged me tvs no questions asked and were really awesome about the whole thing! The new one works great and couldn’t be happier!

The cool thing about this smart TV is that it makes even the regular programming look much better, almost 4K quality. Truly amazing!

I guess my only complaint is the Smart Remote and apps. Not the handiest to operate in my opinion.
