More promise than delivery

It must have suddenly gotten tired, because now it turns itself off about every 15-20 minutes. Very frustrating, to say the least. I was never a fan of the picture setup options and found it difficult to get a bright, realistic picture. I finally just picked 'vivid' and quit trying. Not what I was expecting from a Nano 9 Series TV.

Vertical purple line from no where

Lg nanocell tv

The local dimming is absolute garbage

Like countless others, I figured the blooming complaints were just ppl being picky. I should have listened to the reviews as this TV is completely unwatchable in a dark environment. The blooming caused by the poor local dimming feature absolutely ruins the viewing experience. Don’t waste your time and money on this set, just get an OLED. I purchased the LG C9 the day I returned this set and couldn’t be happier.

Tv keeps shutting off radomly.

We called to let them know we were told we couldn't return it. Now tv shuts of randomly netflix dont work i seriously dont know what to do at this point. The fact that we spent over $1000 on it just to get this mess.

horrible service if you dont live next door

Nonexistent Home expert.

At no time did anyone come to my home! I received a phone call and text messages. The Best Buy home expert didn’t help me and advised an existing mount would be sufficient when it’s not the right size for my TV. I’m disabled and needed help. This has been the worst electronics purchase I’ve ever made as far as customer service goes. Disappointed doesn’t even come close to how I feel about Best Buy. You have left me with no confidence in your company.

Very poor product

I am now going to get the local news agencies to help with this and Best Buy no help at all in this matter. Never again we are to this date with out a TV huge loss
