    Let me start off by saying that the picture quality and color reproduction of this TV is very good. The brightness and vividness of the colors really pop. The sound quality is also adequate and 4k videos look really amazing! The reason I rated this TV 2 stars is because it has HORRIBLE LCD light bleed in all the corners. It is very noticeable when watching a wide screen movie or have a dark scene on screen. For the price that I paid for this TV I feel that this is something that should have been correct from the factory. There is another review on here describing the same thing. Look at those photos and my TV is the same. If LG would reach out to me to discuss please do it.

    Hard to Use - Totally Regret This Purchase

    We bought this TV because the picture on the in store display was outstanding and per the sales women the TV could e updated to allow for new apps. Our old TV could not add new apps because of age. After delivery & setup - we discovered that new apps can NOT be added so here I sit with a monthly bill for HBOMAX that can't be viewed on this new 65" TV! Not cool. The TV itself is very confusing & difficult to use. The remote control works intermittently & when it does work, it bounces all over the place. Yesterday I accidentally hit something on the remote & lost all access to my spectrum TV channels for hours before finally figuring out what the issue was. Customer support via LG is non-existent and upon having our call transferred to a support person a message came on to that they were too busy, call back another day"! We so regret buying this TV
